I ordered a wedding dress online order # ******* on Feb 10, to be delivered March 4th. The dress didn't show up, we called and was informed the dress wasn't made yet. With the closing in on our wedding we had to cancel. We were then informed we can only get a 50% discount. Even though our dress was not made yet and was to be delivered a week ago? How is this fair. This is such a scam. Preying on woman in a time that should be joyous and magical! Very Disappointed.
Actually this was the worst experience for me with DRESSWE, I ordered 2 dresses one of them they told me after i paid it's no more available but until now it's shown in the website and any one can pay it!
And after 2 complains they returned back my many but they deducted around 30$ without informing me plus the other dress I didn't receive it yet and there is a delay without any update.
I keep telling all people about this bad experience and I advice any one to request from more trusty website.

This website sells absolute rubbish and products are very poor quality. Don't waste your money. Don't believe their return policy. They are liars. They have been caught writing their own reviews. Very dodgy company.
Purchased a prom dress on Jan 30th 2015. Arrived Feb 13th. Wrong color, many flaws and they made it VERY VERY narrow and did not follow our measurements. I immediately sent an email stating our issue. Took a day or so and got an automated reply saying it was their new year and to contact them after Feb 26th. I got another email stating to take photo's of the dress and remeasure etc and send to tidebuy and they will review etc and help us right away. I sent all the info 2 weeks ago and got an email yesterday saying my order number is not right and sent them my info from the company showing my order number and have not heard back. I did get an email from someone else who is asking questions. I am not confident this is going to get resolved. I had no idea these dresses come from China until I placed the order. My daughter did research and said she saw many good reviews so I left it alone. That was a BIG mistake. DO NOT ORDER from them. Good luck if you do.
**I called my Visa card that I used to purchase this dress with and they told me these companies are SCAMS and they do this all the time. They will send email after email and you will never get anywhere. My company is refunding me the money back to my card and is doing an investigation and said they will get their money back. Its ashame they get away with it. I kept every correspondence with them so I have proof and a time line. Buyer BEWARE!

I received & tried on my dirty wedding dress. I have contacted customer service twice & complaints department once now, with no reply.the dress had marks on it.the beading was not sewn on correctly, it was falling off, crooked, half of it is missing & broken & it is the main centre piece of the dress.the sleeves are sewn at different points on either side, so they don't even match up, they also have used the end of the roll so the holes from the end of the material are showing on the sleeves & on the hem.the sleeves are cut crooked as is the hem, it is all jagged & it's not even sewn together, it's falling apart.it arrived well before it was due, so it's either been a rush job, or it's been a return, that has been worn, as it shouldn't be dirty.it also had hair on the inside. I paid extra for it as it wasn't in stock, so it somehow got in very, very quickly. I have sent pictures with my email & requested a refund, once again with no reply.not good enough. Absolutely disgusted. I want my money back, as I have to buy another dress.not happy!

I Ordered a pair of stiletto boots from this company in November and didn't get them till January. I can deal with that. But when the shoes arrived they look NOTHING like the picture and were excruciatingly cheap. The parts of the shoe that ware supposed to be gold metal was actually a gold sticker. The heel of the shoe was actually a wooden print sticker.
The shoes are so horrible that I can't even give them away. No one wants them. Do NOT order from this company. I'm only giving them a 1 rating cause I don't have the option to give them a ZERO.

I bought a dress for an upcoming wedding. When it arrived I was not satisfied with the quality and wanted to get a refund per their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I contacted them through the contact information on the website requesting return information. The dress was delivered on 2/7/2014 and I requested the return information on 2/9/2014.
First they wanted photos of the dress. I explained that quality is relative and what may pass as quality to them may not be quality for another. I replied that I still wanted the return information. After many back and forth messages they finally sent a message stating that it would cost too much to return the dress so I should essentially give up. I then stated that I knew there would be costs involved in sending the dress back and I still wanted return information on 2/16/2014.
Since then I have not heard back from them. They are now ignoring me.

I should have checked this site first for reviews. Too frustrated to explain, but let it suffice to say, I'm STUCK with a dress I don't want. Everyone is telling the truth on here. Great prices, cute dresses, with decent quality work. BUT if you get a dress you don't want, you are almost stuck with it. I paid a little over $100. Super price. To rerun the dress will be more than half that amount. Customer service? Humph! Sending emails to the, with no response in 3 days. Still trying. The phone number, once it was found on the website (not easy) is an international number. Please think twice, no 5 times before making the mistake I made.

I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone! I ordered a Sweet 16 dress for my daughter, well over 2 weeks ago. If I hadn't emailed them 4-5 times, I wouldn't have gotten any response from them. Customer service is a joke! When u e mailed them, they sent back the same, word for word generic response, twice, in 2 different days.

I have been on the phone now twice within 10 days of each other talking with two different individuals. I have been cut off now for the second time after two hours of delayed responses. I can not get into the que now. I was guaranteed a dress by my date of the 25th. I have no idea where my dress is who has it and was told now that it did not pass quality control. I am glad they did not send a bad dress however... requested either a refund because they have said it will have to be remade. No one is now responding and either I want a refund or the dress as promised by the 25th. This site needs to resolve these issues immediately. Susan, I was told that I would be contacted by email which has not happened.

I purchased a dress and it arrived promptly. Before I made my purchase I checked their return policy. They guaranteed full refund if not 100% satisfied. The fabric on the dress was different to the material that was used. It looked good on me, but not great. After three emails telling the customer service that I wanted to return the dress I got my first response. They wanted me to take photos and show them why I wanted to return the dress? Then they suggested that it will be too expensive for me to return the item and pay the mailing costs. They have now sent me an email telling me that they will only return 50% of my money, because they took such a long time making the dress. They have never sent the return address information. I suggest that unless you are prepared to buy a dress unseen or tried on, do not buy anything from this company. They have no intentions of even returning your money. Note: there is no customer reviews on their site.

I have not received my order yet, I reside in Pretoria, South Africa. I have been communicating with Susan back and forward with no joy. Susan tells me that my parcel has arrived in South Africa, it's because the
Post Office was on strike here in South Africa, I contact the Post Office here and give them the Tracking number RK*******CN, Post Office tells me the parcel is not in South Africa yet. It's got to the point that I am communicating with 5 people in the Post Office. I received an e-mail from Susan on the 21 January 2015 mentioning that DRESSWE Logistic department is check where the parcel is, I must please be patience and contact back within 7 days. I sent an e-mail back to Susan wanting to find out why must I wait 7 days for Logistic to trace my parcel and my patience is running out. Today 23 January 2015 I receive an e-mail from Susan mentioning my parcel is still in normal transit! What now? I still don't know in which country are the shoes in normal transit. Has the shoes been sent already? My goodness, I have been driving everyone crazy here and now she tells me the shoes are still in normal transit. Please can you help me with where exactly are my shoes? There are so many clothes which I love from DRESSWE but if takes this long to get to me and the hassle it has created, is it worth it?
I ordered my wedding dress thought DressWe and when I got the dress it was NOT the same as the picture of the dress on their site. I've been going back and forth with the company online for months now try to get my money back. I get very little customer service from the company. The number they have given me to call is not even in service. They will not do anything for me. The online costumer service lady(Susan) is not helpful and very rude, takes over 24 hours for each reply, will not answer all my questions or put any means of understanding towards my issue. She goes back and forth on what she says a lot. Very very unhappy with the lack of customer service this company has and the outcome of my wedding dress that I will not be able to wear. This company is a waste of money and time. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time and hassle and buy a dress off another site.
Worst site ever. Getting married in May and ordered flower girl dresses that were shown as knee length. See picture on what they sent. Now going back and forth with them wanting proof. I just want my money back so I can start looking for another. Ridiculous. Never again. Spend a little more and buy American or at least from a company u can actually call! Out $300 and 3 $#*!ty dresses. Pissed off beyond!

I measured my daughter to the measurement listed and ordered the size for her measurement but when dress got here it was smller than my daughters measurements and what they had listed for their sizes so if you order you should order one size larger because you're going to end up wasting your money because it cost about the same as the dress does just to return it.
This is a cute hoodie, and I will keep it, but it's a little tight and I will probably wear it under other layers. This doesn't quite fit the bill.
I will never ever order to this site again. I ordered my wedding shoes but my shoes didnt arrived before my wedding comes. They send me an e mail that my shoes is already shipped out by december 3 and its says that i gonna received my package in 8 days but they just fooled me. Until my wedding come on december 19 my shoes didnt arrived. So i dont have any choice i buy a new shoes in a near butikk in our place. When i send them messages they told me that next time im gonna order into their site they will give me a discount. I dont trust this site. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY INTO THIS SITE AGAIN.

DO NOT ever use this company. I have had terrible service and much stress caused by all the back and forth. The dress I ordered was firstly falsely advertised, it said it was lace and there were no mentions of sequins and then it arrived with horrible tacky sequins! Which I would never wear! They know they have done wrong as after I complained they changed the photos to show the sequins. It is also way to big in some areas despite correct measurements. The people on email keep ignoring my ask for a refund and tell me to go to tailor - but I'm not doing that as I would never want a dress that is tacky and covered I sequins! TERRIBLE do not use. Oh and I now also have a bill from the delivery company which dresswe at no time said I would have to pay. Total SCAM and RIP OFF!
