This company looks very reliable! And maybe it thinks it is! But I will never waste my time or Money here! Let me start by saying I have purchased European shoes sized zone by double numbers (36) so on a US size 6 is a size 6! The Boots I ordered was a U. S size 6 women's boot. It came as a child's Size 4. I want my Money Back! But it is not that easy. I ordered on December 10 2014-standard 5 to 8 days! Today is 01/13/14 and they just came today in a box ripped, smashed and barely together! Many attempt w/fail results bad # no email that worked? Reported to Pay Pal. Finally a respond (BE PATIENT) I'm going to contact Attorney General. Dressve here's my order number, LN*******CN refund me my money through yr PayPal. And I'll return the child size boots! Very Disappointing customer serv. And product.

I picked the free shipping (10-20 business days) and it arrived on the 10th day! GREAT! The quality is very nice! Doesn't feel cheap and thin. Definitely kept me warm. I live in the USA and was afraid the sizes were gonna be small from this site. Im usually around the Medium size so I ordered a Large due to the fact that im also a little curvy. My handbag is absolutely stunning and elegant. It will be perfect for my sister's vintage wedding. The quality is amazing and the price point is even better. The size is adequate for a cell phone, lip gloss, mints. The rhinestone embellishments is on both sides of the bag and it glistens. Also, I like that it has two different sizes for straps. You could carry it as a clutch or connect one of the chains.
I've got my sweater from dressve, which looks just like the picture. It's shorter in real life, but it makes sense as I'm 168cm and the model in the picture might be a lot shorter. Great purchase!

The clothes on this website are very fashionable and beautiful, quality is great, but the delivery is a little slow.
I placed a large order over the summer and was very unhappy with everything. I ordered a "sweatshirt dress." It barely covers my behind. I ordered a dress in "my size" and I cant even zip that. I did look at the size chart before ordering and still none of the clothes fit. I ordered a jacket with a lace trim at the bottom. The lace doesn't even go around the whole jacket! Thank goodness it is removable. I came in contact via email with the company to return the things since I could not "call" them. The customer service rep basically told me that the return fee would be almost as much as the clothes but I could have a percent off if I ordered something more for my "troubles." It was a headache back and forth that I just gave up. So now I have a bag of clothes that cost over 100$ at the bottom of my closet because none of it fits and the ones that do are very cheap! I do not recommend this company/site.

I have ordered some items but I have problems with the sizes! In some knitwear one zise is too small, for a jacket s is like xs, medium is like small and the quality is chinese! I chose low cost shipping and I recieved them after a month! Although, they refund me very soon one item that was not available after I asked it. I' m not sure if I will order again.
I ordered 8 of these dresses for my daughters sweet 16 court. The top part fit perfect the dress is titled "mini short dress" but all the dresses fit almost to the girls calves! It is a very pretty dress just NOT a mini.

We have the same issue... we ordered on Dec. 8 they took the money right away we have email them and the reply had a shipping number... that connects you to a EMS( Express Mail Service) some oriental shipping mail service and up to this day no one has contacted us... I am writing to the Attorney General so they can void this company from doing business in the U.S.

Placed order on 4th Dec - website said 5-7 days processing time - so item should have been shipped on 15th Dec (counting working days)... On 19th Dec I sent email asking for feedback / tracking number on shipment and was told it had been shipped and a tracking number with BPost (Belgium Post Service?) - Tracking number didnt work at first... 24 hours later tracking number worked saying sender had only just notified them of shipment - response from customer service was very poor english and just said be patient. I asked to cancel order and they just said I had to be patient. Certainly won't use or recommend anyone use again.

Answer: Yea unfortunately they don't give a date even after asked multiple time. Also they could not give me a tracking number so I could track it myself. Every email just asked me to be patient. Sorry you are having to deal with this company.
Answer: Don't do it! I ordered 3 items from them. After I paid, I was waiting on my tracking information and never received that confirmation. I eventually emailed them and they told me that 2 of the items were no longer in stock. So I questioned how something I paid for was no longer in stock. I was told not to worry about it and that I would be refunded. Then I had to email them again to see when my other item was going to arrive. Once again, I was told not to worry about it. I was also told that I was going to receive tracking information. I never did. Then I finally received my one item and it looked nothing like the picture on the website and it didn't fit at all. If you want the run around and horrible clothing, then this is your place. But I'm speaking from experience, DON'T DO IT!
