A lots of emails are send to them "please be patient" was the answer. I've ordered 3 pieces and only recieved 1. I've paid alot for my order.
People ate the costumer service are nearly speaking english so they don't understand shat the exact problem is. 3 months later and my money is gone and the clothes... i don't know if i ever receive them.

I jhave received my dress ordered from this website a few days. The dress fits me perfectly. Thought i will be needing to have it altered, but good thing there's no need. Price on the dress was worth it. It's very elegant looking!

We ordered the pink petal coat. My mother-in-law was a seamstress. We measured my 16 year old daughter and her measurements based on this site's chart said she was a MEDIUM. I was concerned she would have no room to grow so I ordered a LARGE. IT'S STILL TOO SNUG! I have been trying for a WEEK emailing KELLY at Dressve to return and EXCHANGE for an XL. This is not my first experience with dressve. As always dress arrived earlier than was stated in order confirmation, so I was nicely surprised. I assess that quality of dress is very high, and fits as expected to person who requested it.
The red trench coat as a birthday gift for my wife and she is fond of it. The size is just right. She was very satisfied with this new bought trench coat.
Just got my dress today :) and it was beyond my expectation! The dress is DROP DEAD GORGEOUSSSSS :) can't wait to wear it on my birthday! The delivery was fast too, plus the customer service is awesome :) You deserve my 5 star, and will sure to order from you again. Thanks
Answer: Yea unfortunately they don't give a date even after asked multiple time. Also they could not give me a tracking number so I could track it myself. Every email just asked me to be patient. Sorry you are having to deal with this company.
Answer: Don't do it! I ordered 3 items from them. After I paid, I was waiting on my tracking information and never received that confirmation. I eventually emailed them and they told me that 2 of the items were no longer in stock. So I questioned how something I paid for was no longer in stock. I was told not to worry about it and that I would be refunded. Then I had to email them again to see when my other item was going to arrive. Once again, I was told not to worry about it. I was also told that I was going to receive tracking information. I never did. Then I finally received my one item and it looked nothing like the picture on the website and it didn't fit at all. If you want the run around and horrible clothing, then this is your place. But I'm speaking from experience, DON'T DO IT!
