So my Order with Dressve.com was finally completed. This is what I have discovered:-
1. The company is a base, they advertise items of clothing that look amazing on the models, they advertise the materials as being wool, cotton etc, but when and if the the item arrives it is in a cheap polyester. The stitching of the garments is is a plain safety stitch, and the item does not even look like the initial one that you ordered from.
2. When I complained, they could not understand what I was saying (or they pretended to be ignorant of any issues or problems with the fact that they advertise one thing but they send out something else, of a very low standard. They asked me to photograph the items i received, so I could prove that it was not the same. I have actually thrown the two dresses and one coat in the garbage.
3. So I think this is what the deal is with Dressve.com is. They are are an internet company, but the items of clothing come from all around China, there is NO Quality control supervising the items advertised, So Dressve, may have all the good intentions to supply customers with Items of clothing at bargain prices, but because the items are not in one warehouse or store, nothing is checked nor do they have any idea, what the factories are posting to customers.
4. They also advertise items, as available, but they have supposedly sold out, once you place the order and pay the money up front, instead of stating on the page when you are placing the Order, that the item is no longer available. They do refund, but it takes alot of chasing and emailing.
5. Good concept, but they are no where near being successful, because they do not have any idea what is being sold to customers. Pictures say one thing, the product at the other end is another!

I really like Dressve shop. The store is a lot of interesting articles, the quality of clothes is sensational. Contact customer support is very fast.

If there's one thing that really, REALLY gets me mad, it's companies posting fake reviews on sites consumers go to to try and make an informed decision- 99.9% of these 5 star reviews are FAKE. If you really want to see what people think of this company lookup reviews for DressVenus as they are one and the same company (same tel #, same email etc.). I guess DressVenus changed their name to DressVe after customers had got wise to their shoddy business practices. There are some fake reviews on there, but not nearly as many as there are on here.

Here's some advice for you DressVe/DressVenus: Instead of putting all your efforts into writing fake reviews and changing names to mislead people into thinking your merchandize is of high quality and your customer service is awesome. Why don't you actually sell stuff that's good quality and um, I dunno, actually provide half decent customer service?

Do NOT deal with this company unless your fine with being told to be "patient" after a month long wait and endless e-mails with a tracking number that leads to nothing. Placed my order and paid for it on 12-16-14, today it is 1-17-15 and still no items and still no reliable tracking number. Filed a claim with PayPal, will also be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. Have requested a refund a few times before I filed a claim with PayPal, their response is "be patient".
