I ordered a blouse first of Feb---still no delivery and with all the negative reviews loosing hope of getting it all... all the site will say is that is was shipped and shows a package with my name and addy... Hopefully it'll arrive but not holding my breath!

I ordered a bag back in December and still have not received anything and it's MARCH! They have not and will not refund my money! It's a SCAM! Take your hard earned money and go spend it somewhere else! Now how to file a police report for fraud/stealing!

DON'T DO IT, GIRL!

First and foremost, today is March 4,2015 I placed and paid for a coat on November 16,2014 THE COAT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I contact the company a month after the item was said to be shipped and the customer service rep in very broken English replied saying that my money could not be refunded because the item had already shipped and that it could take up to THREE MONTHS for it to get to me. Well, here we are three and a half month in nearing the end of winter and still no coat. This company will take your money for nothing in return

Dress and Boots

Overall I thought the service was pretty good. The items I ordered were of good quality and fitted wonderfully. The only issues really is the price for shipping. Flat rate is free but it takes a while for the package to be delivered. Otherwise, the other options are a little expensive. However, the dress I ordered was amazing. A little short nothing too serious. I was worried abut the boots but they were perfect and very comfortable. The price for them both was also very good.

I ordered a few items, shoes, clothes, dress, necklace, ring, bracelets... I was happy with most of items, except a mask necklace came with stone missing, and one side looks tarnished (medallion useless) and ordered some rings have some words graved in them. They are nice, but I only got a few words, they ware many repeats. I complained, looked easy solution. Send a few photo of my problem, I was asked to pay a few dollars for shipping and I will receive a replacement. That never happened. I'm waiting for 5-6 month now. Complained again, first they ware confused, then I was told to wait for it, then it was shipped again told to wait for it, even got a tracking number that doesn't work, order number that doesn't work.So I can't complain anymore, without order ID won't let u! Also why did my re shipping money went?
I wanted to order more, but how can I do that when they look at you stupid.My problem never got solved!

Buyer BEWARE

I am an avid online shopper (because let's face it, it is way easier to simply find what you love without having the hassle to wait in line or see something you want but they don't have your size) so when I saw an advertisement for Dress Lily and decided to take a look I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful prices and pretty little options. However, after I had picked what I was beyond excited for and clicked on the 'Place Order' button I was extremely surprised what ended up happening. I placed my $70 order in December of 2014 and by the time it was almost February of 2015 I was starting to really get upset that I hadn't received any of my order yet. I called the corporate number (which wasn't easy to find, on top of that had to leave a message that didn't sound like a professional Voice Mail, and I never received a confirmation number so that was even harder) only to receive an email a couple weeks later with a statement of what I had purchased and the things that were being shipped to me. They made sure I knew two items were being sent to me because they took a picture of the packages, but not even an apology or they are on there way. Need less to say when I received my 2 out of the 7 items I had purchased the package was extremely small, stuffed into it, and poor quality (as if they couldn't afford a bigger size package or presented better and being a graduate in fashion design I know poor quality when I see it). I haven't received my other packages and since it's now March I am not counting on it, so if you feel like wasting money definitely shop here. I guess there is always a 50/50 chance you will get your items, but I do not have money to waste, so I definitely do not recommend shopping here! Not too long after my purchase I saw a segment on the TODAY morning show and they investigated this business and they ended up not recommending this business either, I just wish I saw this before I shopped here. I haven't ever felt like I have had to give a bad review until now but definitely BUYER BEWARE! Want to know a fabulous place to shop head over to Lulus.com (one of my fave online shops, aside from forever21, alloy, charming charlie, and justfab... hehe.) Happy Shopping... just not with Dress Lily!

Good for the price

I have ordered from this site and have been pleased with my order each time. The accessories are very nice and the clothing is affordable. The shipping does take some time, but that is expected since this company offers free shipping which means they use the lowest possible shopping method.

I bought a coat that took over a month to receive. The sleeves are way too short. The hood is so small it doesnt stay on your head. The body of the coat is big, boxy and misshapen. The fur lining sheds and falls out all over your clothes. I have tried talking with the company and they tell me that oh, I should just keep it. IT IS WORTHLESS AND DEFECTIVE. UNWEARABLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I just want a refund. I will post as many horrible reviews as I have to until I get my full money back. Don't get ripped off like I did. BEWARE.

Deceitful

I ordered a blouse in jan and its march, I have yet to receive the item I ordered. After many complaints, I was told since I use the free shipping there is no way to trace the order and I would have to wait a little longer. I mentioned that I would like a refund and they would not respond back. This business needs to be shut down. They are deceiving many people and taking our money with out any products delivered. I do hope no one ever orders from this company.

HORRIBLE!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering! What I got looks nothing like the ad. Material had picks and snags. Took 2 months to receive the product. If I had know before ordering I wouldn't have place the order. Wouldn't be surprised if children are being used to make the item.

I've been trying to contact this company regarding my order (2/13/15) but first the website does NOT work. I've left 8 messages to call me and no one calls. I('m getting ready to call my credit card to cancel this payment if I do not hear form then in the next 24 hrs. I will also send a complaint to Facebook to stop them from advertising!

The website looks slick. The items seem really cheap. That's because THEY NEVER DELIVER ANY PRODUCT!

I ordered a simple top back in December. After ordering, I found out they were shipping from China. I waited their expected 45 days. Nothing. I submitted an inquiry on their site (because they provide NO CONTACT INFORMATION). They said "be patient; it can take up to 60 days". Well, it's March now. It has been more than long enough. When I went back to the inquiry to request an immediate refund at this point, deafening silence.

Always use Paypal. Countless reviews tell of cheap trashy products while others have never received their items... like me. After receiving correspondence which was unintelligable I was finally able to obtain a refund through Paypal. I fell for this crap, tricky photography and untrackable tracking numbers, so I am really the idiot here. At least I got my money back. Stay away... read other reviews and remember the old adage... You buy cheap, you buy twice!

So I purchased a large order of approx. 70 dollars without reading any reviews because honestly the site looked amazing and credible and it was super cool how cheap it was, but of course it struck my mind that something would go wrong either quality would be $#*! or it would never get to me. Well, turns out BOTH, 2 of my items haven't been delivered in 2 months and the rest arrived ALL IN WRONG SIZES AND DESTROYED. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!
