My itmes were shipped over a month ago and I still have not received them. Additionally, I bought a shirt the first week of February and it says it is still processing. Although the website says they respond within 24 hours it is a LIE!
Going on 2+ months and still haven't received my top. Shipping hasn't been updated since it left China. By the time it gets here I won't need long sleeves anymore.

I ordered a top in Dec. And it is now March. I have not received the top or my money back. All I have gotten is excuses from my address that I have lived at for 30 years to the Chinese New Year. I think this is a SCAM they take our hard earned money and we get nothing in return. DON'T SEND THEM ONE RED CENT of your money they have ripped too many off already. The phone number that is on line all you get is a message to leave your number which no one ever calls you back.

I often have a hard time finding inexpensive, comfortable and beautiful clothing. Now I've found dresslily.com, my troubles appear to be over. Don't settle for less than the best - that's my motto - and the best is the vintage dresses I've bought on dresslily for practically a song :D
I ordered a jacket after two months of them ignoring me they finally told me it was shipped out. I after another two monthhs, I asked for a refund, they offered me $8 for my $35 jacket as compensation. After going back and forth over email they finally agreed to give $20 and I never received that! This website will steal your money! Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from it! You will be supporting theives from china!

I ordered from dresslily and I'm really satisfied. They have really good prices although I found on other sites a few of the items with better ones. The one thing I would like to see on the site is more detailed pictures to see the fabric of the item you want to buy. Other than that I'm really satisfied and I would buy again...
Please never order anything from them - it is cheap but it is for nothing - you wait months for your order than it is terrible and you loose your money and time - nobody never help you and there is no way to get your money back

I never ever have any problem with this website. You just need to check very carefully the sizes under every product, and be patient.

I bought a dress MONTHS ago and I never recieved it. When I emailed them, no one responded. I messaged them on Facebook and they wanted me to pay an additional 8 dollars to ship the dress back out. Which is already ridiculous since I had already paid for everything. They should have spoken to the people who lost the merchandize! When I agreed to pay, no one responded. I am so incredibly annoyed! I just practically paid them money for nothing! How many other customers do they pull this bull $#*! with?

You cannot trust them! Never got my clothes since October and they won't reimburse me completely! Even if I was promised to be reimbursed if I waited a little longer, than a little more, etc. It turns out that since October I have no clothes and no money of reimbursement. They offer you something ridiculous like 6% discount on the next order to compensate, like you're going to trust them. DON'T!

Product delivered as promised, on time and exact match as on the web. Shopping experience very easy and fun.
I placed an order using PAYPAL. DRESSLILY came back AFTER PROCESSING MY PAYMENT and asked me for a copy of my drivers license and front and back of credit card... I said no way that's why I use PayPal. Still haven't heard back or got my items. No one will respond. I think it's time to file charges and confirm I get my money returned.

I ordered a dress like 2 months ago and then finally got frustrated and posted a review on here sense then they said it's been sent out but it's been another month and still nothingandno refund. I was going to take my bad reveiw down when I received my order. But now I'm furious this is unacceptable and I would never order from this site again plus after further review I have found photos of what people were told they were getting and it was nothing like the picture. So I suppose if I even ever get my order it'll probably be nothing like it looked in the photo

I ordered several items, first mistake. Not all of my items were there. The ones that were were poorly made and child sized. I was generous when I ordered an XL I am a medium. Could not even get them on. So I know a child I could gibe these to to play dress up no big deal, bigger deal was the missing item and there ticketing system which was a joke at best, they said oh we know item was missing what do you want us to do.?¿ really did you just say that, send me the item! Reply back so you want us to refund money for item or send item... So I wrote send me a xxxl of that item or refund me my money. They refunded my my money I submitted a complaint to them I will not be shopping there anymore

I've left 2 tickets that say they'll reply in 24 hours and no answers yet. About to leave a third. If it comes to it I'm going to file charges because it didn't take them long to take the money out of my account. This is crap and I'm really getting annoyed.
