My cousin ordered two dresses and only received one a month later and I ordered one shirt and it has been a month and on their website it says still processing. My cousin said the dress is so short it looks like a shirt. This company needs to stop leading people on.
If I could give a zero, I would. This company shouldn't be in business. They didnt deliver what was ordered. False advertisements on the clothes sizes. Terrible customer service.
They expect you to pay return shipping fee even if it is their fault.
DO NOT buy anything from this company.
They keep on saying they will just give you a 20% discount on your next purchase. Why would I buy more items from them if you dont even get what you paid for?! Doesnt make any sense!

We ordered a top (blouse) from dresslily.com on 1/13/2015. We received the item 3/23/2015 from China. The item is poorly made, and at their request (through their website's support ticket system) we sent them pictures to show the flaws. After 9 responses to their offers, I have been offered anywhere from 10% to 40% of the purchase price as a refund. The item is not wearable, and I am requesting a full refund, just as I would expect from any reputable merchant. They do not seem to be willing to cooperate.

I'm still waiting! This company is less thank eager to work with their dissatisfied customers. They finally got in touch with me and gave me 3 different ship dates... and told "don't worry". I responded that may be the way they are allowed to do business in their country, but in the United States, we don't do business like that. We have laws to protect the consumer from fraud.

Huge disappointment. I was very excited when I placed my order at first (on December 15th 2014). In early March 2015, I still had not received my package. The event I ordered my stuff for, had already passed by then. I contacted them through their contactform on the website, and I got a reply saying it could take up to 45-60 workdays for a package to be delivered, instead of the 10-25 days they state on their website. In my opinion, having to wait this long for a package is just outrageous. Also, whenever I would use my tracking code to see what was going on, it said that there was no information available about my order. That's when alarmbells really started to ring for me.
It was very hard to get in contact with the customer service, because everytime I would respond to their reply, they would handle it as a new issue (i think) which made everything very confusing for me.
Eventually I used their Facebook page to get in contact. This was more helpful, but they did not want to give me a refund, even though i paid for an order insurance! It took about 3 weeks messaging back and forth before I finally got some information about how to refund. I got my money back (lost the shipping fee and the money for the insurance) through PayPal.
I would NOT recommend ordering anything on this website, because your stuff will never arrive and it will be a big hassle to get your money back even if you paid for an insurance they offer to protect you from things like this happening. It is just basically a big scam.
EDIT: the company emailed me a week ago because they've seen this review. They are now basically trying to bribe me by offering me a 'special gift' in return of me adjusting this review and writing a positive one for them. I think this says everything about the company. Not trustworthy at all.

When I oredered clothes to them, I got some damage products.
I asked them to return and full price refund.
They never accepted return.
Also I did not received some products, I sent email to them.
They chage me tracking fee.

Read a few reviews before i did, perhaps i'm lucky, didnt get bad response or products
I ordered 2 jackets and some accessories, the first package that came left out one of the jackets, i contacted and got responded, and the second jacket came after without charging me extra fee, i appreciated this
Talking about quality, its just not bad nor good, the jackets came very wrinkled that needs extra ironing, threads are like flying from the collar and sleeves... anyway, these are minor problems
I received two blouses that were made from bed sheets, did not match the description in the pictures. I am a size 8-10, so I ordered a large... I guess I was suppose to know that there is a "china" sizing chart although it was never mentioned when I placed the order. I seriously could not get one of the blouses even over my head with one arm in... the other BIG RED FLAG is that there is a "7" day return policy. So unless you open it and send it back Priority mail (which would have cost me $27,) then they can keep your money per there return policy. I should have known when the 2 blouses showed up crammed in a plastic bag that was about half the size of a football. To get an idea of the level of professionalism, look at the email response I received from them when questioning the return policy... the response came 10 days after I sent the email... this is just scary... oh yeah one more thing that they stated they would offer me a discount if I used the discount code... um... I don't see a discount code in the email below... do you?. STAY AWAY from Dresslily.com

I dont normally write reviews but i am so disappointed with this company that i wanted to warn other people. Maybe some people have not had problems but dont chance wasting your money. I ordered two tops, im an average uk size 14 which it states on their site is an xl. I have received one of the tops which would not fit a size 10 let alone a size 14! The quality of the item is extremely poor. Loads of loose threads hanging off and the material is pretty awful too. I emailed them asking if i can return the item. I was told i had to send photographs of the top with a tape measure attached to show what size it is! I sent them the measurements but im not willing to take pics etc. i just wanted a refund. I was eventully told after numerous emails that i can send it back (i would have to pay postage) and they can only refund 85% of the cost of the top! Ridiculous! Bearing in mind this comes from China it would not be worth my while even trying to send it back if you dont even get all your money refunded. The top has now gone to the local charity shop. I have no idea where the second item has gone to and to be honest not going to bother chasing anymore. Save your money and order from a site you know as these are absolutely awful!

My purchased items were never delivered to me ( the company said they had been returned to them as i was not at home = NEVER happened with ANY other company!). They made me pay another 6 dollars to re-send, I confirmed the address SO many times... they then stopped responding to my emails & NO ORDER ARRIVED!
I paid via PAYPAL & AMEX, so I had the protection to claim against them for all my money back... I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY
I originally wrote a review about dress lily and the clothing I received I do like, however I went back to my order and realized I had not received everything. Once I contacted the company they immediately stated they would make it right at this time I still have not received everything and I am very concerned at this time that I even will. I state some facts it does take awhile to receive your products as I ordered my items on Feb, 25 of this year and as of now I have not received 3 items. I am not upset with the company just a little disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for. The items I did receive so far is of good value and worth the money. I ordered with pay pal so none of my personal information is with the company. I hope this helps in making your decision and I apologize if I have steered anyone in the wrong way.

I ordered from time to time in this website and am satisfied. Usually it takes about 3 weeks and everything has arrived reliable. The quality is according to the price, okay. I like the fact that there are more unusual things and it is fun to browse in the shop. The only drawback are the sizes, much as is with average europeans too small, so I have to read the data exactly and compare my measurements.
Apart from the hats all shirts, tee shirts etc didnt fit. Am size L but everything i got is even smaller that typical S size. I don't understand why there is size issue on Dressllily. I had to give everything to the smallest guy in my family. Nevertheless i still placed new order today but i wont ever buy pants and shirts from Dresslily because they seem to cater for smallest people only. Also none of the shoes fit. I gave them all out.
Dresslily is amazing. I had some problems with some items and all the time they helped me. It's a online store that I trust and I will continuing t buy there. The items have good quality the only thing is the time that they need for send them. But. When we want really something, we wait x) Once again, thanks dresslily!
