Amazing popup store in SOHO NYC i hope they are back soon to stay! I was a little skeptical about shopping online due to me not being too sure about the sizing but when i shopped in store i was able to fit a Medium and i love how afforable their stylish clothes are :)
My original order was split into two due to an item being unavailable at the time and rather than wait I changed it. The process was very easy and customer service was amazing. I am just waiting for it to arrive. The balence left over was credited back to me.
Also, the clothing that I did receive was shipped swiftly as I chose the fast delivery option. It got here within ten days. The top and cardigan set I bought is now among my favourite clothing items and the sweatshirt dress with the cool neck thing is great. I'm a bit tall so ita not a dress on me but I love it regardless as if makes me feel like Kady from the Magicians.
I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and shoes a month ago. I had expedited shipping and was supposed to receive my items within 5-7 days. It has been 4 weeks and I still have not received my order. I submitted a ticket and they said it would be at least 2 weeks before my order would restock. At no point while placing my order did they indicate my items were out of stock or else I would not have ordered them.
I'm asking for a refund at this point because I'm not interested in waiting weeks longer for items that MIGHT restock. They never sent me any communication to let me know why my order was taking so long.
I would never recommend this site to anyone. I'm probably going to have to get my credit card company involved because this is ridiculous.

My issue was about sending some dresses back as they did not fit and one had part of it detached. I showed pictures of the issue and I was given brilliant customer service throughout.
In the end I was able to keep the dresses with a refund and 10% off coupon for next time. The person who dealt with my issue was lovely and went above and beyond to help.
Now my issue has been closed I am happy with everything and I do not have any further issues. Dresslily has been a great help, I did not expect to keep the dresses in the end.
I've bought a few dresses from Dresslily and i've had no previous issues before and im happy to continue shopping on Dresslily.
THIS COMPANY SUCKS! READ REVIEWS THAT SAID ORDER SIZE THAT YOU NORMALLY WEAR. I NORMALLY WEAR XL, SO I ORDERED 7 SHIRTS. AS YOU MIGHT HAVE GUESSED THEY WERE TOO SMALL. RETURN POLICY SAYS YOU NEED RETURN AUTH. TO RETURN. GOOD LUCK ON THAT! AFTER 4 EMAIL REQUESTS AND 2 PHONE CALLS, NOTHING! ALL I WANTED TO DO IS EXCHANGE FOR 2XL. LESSON LEARNED, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
Ordered 2 "in stock" items via expedited shipping (extra). After 7 days and not receiving tracking number, I used their support site to inquire about my order. Reply stated items were not in stock, options were wait for them to come in stock, or change order to same priced items. There was no refund option. I replied that I wanted a full refund via payment method (PayPal). They responded that they were sorry I wanted a refund, but again offered wait, or select other items. I replied with a demand for refund. They sent a form that did not work on submission, "parts error". I called PayPay, was told I had to wait ten days. From the call date, I demanded a supervisor & got an instant refund. Dressily appears to be a Chinese company that franchises and drop ships. I don't do business with China

At first I was hesitant to try DressLily because I'm always hesitant to get clothes online. But the cuteness of their swimsuits won me over quickly and their prices sealed the deal. I love that my new swimsuit fit me perfectly, that it covers everything so modesty, and that I feel so comfortable in it! (So comfortable I forget it's a swimsuit sometimes haha). Their delivery wasn't the fastest, but I didn't pay to make it faster. The suit looked exactly how is appeared and was described online. And again, the sale price couldn't be beat.
Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a swimming suite over a month ago, I forgot my apartment number, I realized this less than 24 hours after shipment, I contact them to let them know they tell me they'll re-ship it out to me to the correct address... then 4 days later no shipment I have to reach out AGAIN and I am told I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND THEYRE REFUNDING ME 8 DOLLARS ON A 30 DOLLAR PURCHASE. First time order with them mind you, will never order from them again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love shopping at DressLily! They carry a wonderful selection of plus sized products and are a great value. I find their items are true to size, which is not always the case with a value-priced clothing site. Their customer service is great. They respond withing 24 hours and do what they can to make it right. I will buy from them again.
Good quality, low prices. The sizes are different, I usually size up 1 size and 2 for coats.The items have all arrived in the estimated time. Overall, satisfied.
I've been ordering from this site for a few years now. They have trendy styles for petite people like me and for tall/slim people like my husband. You need to know how to shop there in order to get the right sizes and shipping can take a while but I've always gotten everything I ordered. 95% of the items fit perfectly and the ones that didn't I could fix easy.
