Don't ever order form them. I placed an order Monday the 4th and they changed it to the 5th. Not only are they changing my dates I've yet to receive a tracking number 4 days later. The Lucia person emailing wont read my questions and concerns. Won't even take the time to capitalize the first letter of the sentences. I never spend money on myself but I thought since my birthday is on Tuesday I would actually buy some new clothes and bathing suits for my family trip. I spent $170. I can't get a proper reply and don't even know if my stuff is going to come. I cried im so upset because I never spend that much on clothes. I have to work really hard to afford that. I would have rather spent that money elsewhere and only got 3 items. I hope they burn in hell bc I burnt my money on them. Not surprised at all they got an F rating by the BBB.

I ordered from Dresshead and mistakenly wrote the wrong delivery address, after which I compounded my error by losing the order number (hey, I'm an old fart). Anyway, through determination and hard work Lucia was able to locate the order and direct me to the house where order had been delivered. Lucia did a great job and went the extra mile to help me, and I have only good things to say about her great effort. Kudos to Lucia at Dresshead!

I was expecting pure junk. After I ordered it I read these reviews and got extremely nervous about what I had just done.
Now don't get me wrong the shipping is crazy expensive! My order was 132 and shipping was 111. But I also had shoes (flip flops) which I though would be light weight, but they are fairly heavy.
I will purchase from them again. Just look at the sizes they tell you verses buying a "medium" cuz you always buy that size.
Also, it comes from Hong Kong, so shipping here too a few weeks so don't buy it if you need it in a rush :)

I ordered $80 worth of clothing from them, but NOTHING was as depicted in the pictures. Emailed multiple times for return address & nothing. Had to go through PayPal but surprisingly dresshead responded to them, so I have the return address for anyone who needs it. I personally just don't think the return is worth it at this point

The products from this company are so cheap! I ordered three skirts and was sooo disappointed! The sizes were incorrect, material quality cheap, and looked nothing like the photo representation!
There was not an order receipt nor any information for returning items. I emailed Dresshead and received the message that the warehouse is located in Hong Kong and you need pay shipping fee to us. I have emailed 3 times and each time received the same message about Hong Kong without an address! Lucia is a horrible representative for this company! Yes they tell you returns are easy but I am so frustrated with this company! They are a scam and make it impossible to return.
Do not even think about ordering from this company. Yes the prices seem great but quality is sooo poor and cheap that you spend so much time trying to return. Quite a nightmare!

I made a big order for more than 400 USD and the customer service was excellent. My item was delivered quickly to the destination.

The quality of the product is excellent except some few items are a little bit small for the mentioned size for clothes.
The only thing that i will suggest is about the shipping information to advise a little bit more clearer for better purchasing especially when it comes to your buying budget.

I purchased a dress which was way to small. I used the companies chart to assure the correct size, but should have order 2 sizes larger. Loved the dress and wanted to exchange, since their return policy indicates that it is an easy process just contact their customer support. I contacted support and after 1 week of emails I still have no address to exchange item. I have been told I need to return to Hongkong even though their return policy states they have different address for US and Europe. LUCIA is the name of my representative and her only response is you have to return to HongKong and pay postage - but has Never given me an address. This company product was very nice but I will NEVER order again since they do not stand behind their easy return policy.
