Fraudulent and a Scam!

Would give 0 stars if option was available! First and foremost I ordered close to $200 worth in sales. I ordered a few dresses, 3 pairs of boots and a couple of free items that you got if you ordered a certain amount and pay shipping only. You also pay shipping for each item that wasn't free so shipping is quite pricey regardless of how cheap the items are! I received only half of the order even though I paid in full. I was missing the pink tote, a necklace, one of the dresses and NONE of the shoes were delivered. Mind you while investigating this I discovered they'd charged me for 4 pairs of shoes rather than the 3 I ordered and I received 0 pairs of the shoes paid for... Also it didn't mention on their website but this is being shipped from China, which also explains the pricey shipping fee! The clothing items I did receive looked fair for the price paid although some stitching is already starting to come out of them after having less than 2 weeks, when some haven't even been worn! I'm afraid to wash them, as they seem very delicate. Secondly their sizes aren't true to the average American size even though they are targeting American consumers. I ordered several sweater dresses in Large and it's very tight and revealing which as I was researching reviews was made aware this is a universal complaint and problem with other buyers! I emailed the contact support as there is no listed contact number or address anywhere other than an email. I could not get a response so I reached out to PayPal (which is who I paid through) to dispute funds. The gimmick here is they will only refund you if you ship back the package and it is at your expense! The estimate was between $75-$100 which mind you is close to half of what I paid! They do not offer a paid return shipping label and paypal only offers $30 towards shipping! So needless to say they expected me to pay out of pocket for their mistake and negligence. In addition Lucia aka the support contact only responded to my emails once a dispute was filed and even tried say they'd refund me if I drop the dispute with PayPal! I contacted PayPal to inform them of this and they responded that it was incredibly alarming as dropping the dispute would mean it could not be reopen and that the retailer would keep the money and believes they had no intention on refunding me. The only resolution PayPal offered was for me to receive a refund only after paying out of pocket to ship back the items received. So then I'd be out of money and with nothing to show! Lose lose! I went through my bank to file another complaint and disputed against this shady company and will never trust an online website without thoroughly checking out every review! Stay far away from this fraudulent scam of a business! If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is! Lesson learned. Take it from me and save yourself the trouble and hardship, not worth it!

Pictures are not true representation. Sizes, not accurate. Shoddy quality workmanship. Substand -ard fabric/materials. Want to return for refund? Good luck getting your money back!

I ordered a couple of dresses from this company. When I received them, the material was incredibly cheap and not well made. The sizing is way off. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I've emailed them multiple times and have not heard a response. All I want is my money back! DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T order anything from this company. I wish I had known ahead of time how awful the customer service and the merchandise is.

Worse quality ever

So we ordered 5 items and none of them were good quality so see through that if u were to wear them people would be thinking (why are u even wearing clothes at all?) I'm so disappointed I will never be buying off there again!

Just awful

I ordered clothes in December and never received my order so I contacted the company which kept telling me that it was delivered on December 16. I replied not to me. They sent the same email that it was delivered on December 16. I again sent the response "Not to me". This happened again and again with no real resolution. I asked them what was their policy and I got the same response that it was delivered. This was my first time ordering from them and it has been an awful experience. I just gave my money away and got nothing to show for it. Didn't even deserve a star for this poor service.

You order a fancy, cute and beautifully made dress for $18. You pay $10 shipping.
And then you receive a poorly handmade and out of order pieces of clothes, you can't call it a dress. I ordered and xl but received like 5xl.
And then you regret wasting your money and time.

Dresshead orders arrive 2-3 weeks after order. However the sizing is terrible! I'm an XL size woman. I've ordered 2X from them and it all still fits like a medium! Also it's sweatshop poorly made clothes that looks like a house mom seamstress put together. Guess that's what you get when you pay $1.99 for an outfit. Spend a little more money in the states.

I will admit we were nervous because I read previous reviews but I received everything in the expected time frame I was given. I communicated via email and they responded within a few hours and they follow up. I wanted to make sure I received my shipment before Christmas I did my client love their item. Delivery updates via FedEx will definitely make you nervous because it just shows received & in transit but it came at expected time and my boutique and client is happy

Buyer beware!

This is the worst company ever! The stole $100.00 from me. Ordered items, returned them (which don't believe their web site on - "free no hassle returns". Well now 90+ days I am still waiting for a refund... I plane on trying to sue them, and report to all agencies on this abuse. They are dishonest, and crooked. I also have a proof of delivery on return of product, which I had to pay for as "Lucia From DressHead.com" their person that answers emails refuse after 12+ emails to issue RMA!

I made order on Nov. 29,2019 revived it today Dec 11,2019. Boots size 10 women look like kids. My sweat suits size large also look like kids, have 2 pants xl look way to small. They was only one item that was right they were little. Purse pouches. Still haven't revived my free item. They will be returned. If you order from here make sure you order way to big. They item are not the right size all these are suppose to be wome

I bought 6 items 3 came within 8 days really fast another 2 came a few days later still waiting for last item but that's ok was out of stock but should com e soon ordered 4 pair boots and two sweaters beautiful tops great color and quality great fit and the three pair of boots ive recieved fit great and will be ordering again soon, only thing is I wish shipping was a flat fee not for each item

Bad service

I love the items but got bad service for a first time customer very bad I was told that they only focus on US customers and that I will get my refund back wow! I didn't ask for refund I really wanted the items plus the policy does not state that it's US customers alone it said world wide so I am confused

Scam

I order two pairs of boots and it has been almost two months and still have not recieved my order. Everytime i email this lucia person she don't address my concerns won't answer my questions besides giving me a tracking number that don't work. Complete scam don't order from these scam artists.
