What they call "leather" is in fact thin vinyl! The clothing is GARBAGE. Sizing is all over the map ( i. E. 2-3 sizes either way... seriously). They claim 12-15 days business day for international shipping however, I placed an order in September... it is now November 27th and I still don't have 3/4 of my order. What I have received is JUNK. They do NOT allow product reviews and all their "positive reviews" on site are fake. The best way to describe them would be to say they are the outlet store of EBAY! STAY AWAY!

ALL OF THE STUFF I BOUGHT FIT & I LOVE IT ALL. HIGH QUALITY JACKET, MY BOOTS ARE CUTE & COMFY(EXCEPT ONE PAIR A BIT TIGHT BUT FIT) NOTHING WAS CHEAP ALL HAS LASTED EVEN THE FREEBIE CORDS ETC. THIS IS NOT A SCAM JUST ORDER PROPERLY. I AM NOT FAMILY & HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN FOR THIS REVIEW. I DIDN'T LIKE THE GAS EXPENSE FEE ADDED IN BUT EVEN SO IT STILL WAS ECONOMICAL. I WISH THEY'D REDUCE SHIPPING COSTS & REMOVE THAT FEE BUT OTHER THAN THAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!

Ordered but just like 13 dollars worth to see if it was real and guess what never got my order so theres your answer I'm so glad I didnt spend more money and get my Hope's up just like my mom says if it seems to good to be true guess what it usually is they emailed me about my order I told them I never got it and they were rude about it told me if I wasnt going to buy anything I didnt need to contact them pretty much so there you go I really wish it was a legit site cause I loved there clothes and stuff and especially the prices!

I have no doubt that any good posts for DressHead are by themselves or family and friends trying to help them scam customers. It has been three weeks and five emails later and no word from them, of course there isn't a phone number to be found. The address is a phony and BBB has an investigation. It sucks that because of theives like this I have to waste my time researching stuff like this before ordering.
Do not order, you will be ripped off.

We ordered a really cute pair of shoes for my daughter toward the end of July for a party she was attending Aug 8th. They were supposed to arrive in time but they just came yesterday, the 16th. That's fine, I know mail is slow lately. But the problem is they SENT ME TWO LEFT SHOES! Ok, mistakes happen, so I go on their website to do a return but surprise surprise. No return options available! I emailed Dresshead right away and they respond w/ "you pay for shipping to Hong Kong" and that's all they had to say. They never gave me directions or a link or anything that would help facilitate a return & they haven't responded to any of my other emails. Besides, paying to ship them back to Hong Kong would cost more than the shoes themselves and I've already to to pay shipping and handling to get them here! It's not right! They are a sham of a company. Do yourself a favor and order from them!

I ordered 3 dresses, two were correct the 3rd was a duplicate of one of the dresses but in a different size. I contacted Dress head and was told it was the correct dress for the size I ordered even though the style was completely different from the order I placed. I requested a refund as they would not admit it was an error and was told I have to pay shipping back also. This would cost more than the dress itself. I will NEVER order from them again and encourage everyone not to either! VERY poor customer service! Only order if you wish to get whatever they want to send you.

DO NOT EVER order from them, they and their product SUCK! Their stuff that says XXL is actually XXS and their return policy is FALSE and FAKE, its not 'fast and hassle-free', they charge you to send it back to Hong Kong warehouses. It only took 2.5 months to get the complete TRASH. I REPEAT... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE or you will loose your money and be VERY DISAPPOINTED. $40 down the drain.

I ordered shoes for a wedding 2 months before the event. When I got the confirmation email it said it would take 8-12 days to arrive. As I approached the wedding I emailed customer support about my order and eventually asked for a refund and all they did was send me the tracking number. I have not gotten a refund or my order and now it is 1.5 months later than I was expecting. I have purchased things from companies where things get lost in the mail and they immediately apologize and send a refund. Terrible company. This is probably a scam. Do not buy from them.
