The site is set up with a variety of different shopping avenues, I love the fact if there is new items unlike other sites I have shopped on. You can hit new and get all new beautiful l things in each department before browsing's or shopping. If you are looking for items, you can find them quickly. All the buttons help you. DressHead is way consumer can shop and buy quickie and not so much money. I love my shirt I have three all look beautiful. I love the gray shirt with attaching shirt underneath, my bracelets with charms all color bands.

I order a couple ideas from dress head they change my order size for me before my idea got ship out. I got my order yesterday 10/20/2017 I place my order 10/03/2017 the customer service kept me updated on my order my clothes I order were in great shape. Along with my free idea got everything I order. I don't know why there so me bad reviews on this company before I had no problems with it in they do a great job. I would definitely order from them again. I guess I'm just easy to please can said anything bad about the place beside it affordable for me to buy in get new clothes at cheaper price can't beat that.

I like the clothes on this site and my being experience would be great If i received what I acutely purchase. They will list clothes on their site and after you purchase them they will say they no longer have it in stock......about a month later. I ordered some cute dresses and my package was envetully shipped after I received the package there was a note saying that my items were out of stock and that they tried contacting me and got no response. They not also stated they refunded me but they hadn't. This happened to me twice. The first time it happened they did contact me but it was the day of delivery!
Talk about disappointment. They done allow reviews on the actual website and its 3.99 per item-for shipping. They even charge taxes! Ive never heard of a company out of the us that charges taxes. You can order from them but I won't anymore.

The sizes they advertise are not the size you recieve.
The size I ordered was by their chart guide and it seems it should be correct. What I received was at least 2 sizes small.
And the worst part, they have not sent a address to return back for refund. Instead ive recieved a lot of 'Excuses Not' to return. To a point it p__s me off.
So I have pairs of jeans I can't wear.
I will Never Buy from this site again. And probably not from Hong Kong sites again.

DressHead is based out of Hong Kong. In their website they make you feel like they have a location in California but this is untrue. All returns go back to Hong Kong. When purchasing items from this company the prices seem cheap until you have to pay at least $3.99 per item for shipping. If the items do fit because their size chart does not reflect US sizes them you pay more in shipping to return these items. Stay clear of this online business!

I realize I have become complacent after dealing with honorable Internet companies. I ordered 10 pieces and received nine. With a silly typed form note saying that PayPal has my refund I even though I did not order or pay through PayPal. Most do fit as i followed each outfit's sizing chart. Do not use your American sizes, as the "S, M, L, XL" are Very different in Asia. None of the dresses or shirts have content labels or laundering instructions so i will probably have to hand wash the synthetic stretchy fabric that has a distinct costume quality. The colors and patterns matched their internet pictures. Even if i do not recieve a refund for the missing dress - I feel like I did okay overall. I am but waiting for email response from "customer service". Buyer Beware and please read the fine print on the dresshead site because everything listed happened.
