The shipping was slow.
I needed to see this one product that didn't have a picture online. I call the toll free number and the person on the other end was nice enough to take a picture on her cell phone and email it to me. I appreciated her going out of her way!
I embellish a lot of different types of products with these stknes. Its very relaxing for mw. But in order to complete my projects, I need to get these sypnes in a timely manner. So far, Dreamtime Creations is by far the best company to order from!

This was my first time ordering. The online order system was very easy - loved that. Delivery time was a bit longer than I had anticipated it to be.
I previously purchased a crystal chart from Dreamtime Creations, and this has been a great asset and guide to choosing the colours I need. I recently chose a colour not on the guide, and was disappointed as it looked nothing like the image on the website. Hopefully the return goes smoothly, and I will replace it with one from the chart. Overall they are fairly quick at shipping my orders to Canada, and the quality is exceptional!
