Beautiful crystals, fast shipping.

Overnight Fed Ex was not delivered on Saturday, did not receive until Monday late afternoon. Would have liked to discuss options..

Have little, if any, complaint about selection or service. If needing to speak with anyone directly, they are pleasant and let me know if what I'm requesting is in or out of stock. I've recommended Dreamtime Creations to others.

Delivery was delayed, but the order was correct. I thought ordering was a little difficult because manuvering around your website was a little confusing, and the cost was a little higher than I had hoped compared to a local shop that we used to have in Sacramento, but she retired. Thank you for a complete order.

Great first time experience. The website was easy to navigate around. There is a nice variety of Swarovski that i was looking for. Shipping was fantastic. I received my order within 2 days

I don't know how gems are usually shipped/packaged, but the larger orders of gems that I received were not in bags but folded loose in sheets of paper. This made them very hard to transfer to another container and I ended up dropping some into the carpet, which was unfortunate. I wish they had all been packaged in bags.

Needed to speak to them directly which turned out to be extremely efficient and hassle free. Just learned that they offer special orders if possible. What more can you ask for?
