Swarovski drastically changed one of the crystal colors I ordered, but with a quick call to Dreamtime, problem solved. Samantha was wonderful and patient, and pulled out umpteen colors to find a suitable substitute to send for an exchange. No hoops to jump through - an exchange and return label being sent. They bend over backwards to make sure you're happy with your order. Excellent customer service - A+++++
