This, is by far, the worst company I have ever done business with. The clothing was ill-fitting and one garment even gave off a chemical odor. Half my order was out of stock. It took days for them to credit me for those missing items and when they finally did reimbursed me it was nearly $23.00 less than the true costs. I asked repeatedly to have a return slip sent but they never send me one. So now I have clothes that don't fit and are poor quality. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and was informed this company has a "F rating" in responding to complaints.

I ordered 3 items from Dreamfitters, on impulse. This is not something I usually do and will not do again!
It took a month for one item to arrive after being told one item was out of stock & one was being made now! The first item (a blouse) was okay' quality.
A few weeks later, after a few inquiries, I was told one item was still out of stock & thankfully i received a refund upon request.
The third item arrived after 2 months & is only a cheap imitation of the advertised item (blouse). Even the sleeve length was incorrect! I emailed the company re my dissatisfaction & was told to send a picture of the packaging label, which i did. They responded saying the label matched the item ordered and therefore they sent the correct item! The message ended with wish you a happy life.!

Tracking info was minimal and changed throughout the process. China Mail was mostly used.

Support people spoke little English & often did not seem to understand my questions!

I have definitely learned a lesson!
If a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is!

Ordered 7 shirts = $175. Took almost 4 weeks to get 5 of the shirts and another 2 weeks to get the other ones. Shirts are extremely poor quality, didn't look anything like the pictures, didn't come close to fitting, and were sent from CHINA. Nothing on the web site made mention of that fact. I have been trying for over 2 months to get them to let me send the shirts back and get a refund. When they finally answer my e-mails, they will NOT give me a return address. The latest excuse is that it will cost me about $50 to return the items and then it's most likely that they won't receive them so they can't refund my money. They offered me $30 as compensation which I refused. I wish there was a way to block them from selling in the US. Worst experience I've ever had with an online order.

This website does not deserve even one star, but couldn't submit review without one.
I ordered a few items from this site and only received part of the order. They insist the order was delivered, and I repeatedly let them know that, yes, some items were delivered, but not the entire order. All they do is send back the tracking that says the order was delivered. It's like "Groundhog Day" - same response everyone time.
After over a month of this nonsense, we're still in limbo.
(Not to mention, the quality of the items received truly s**ks - they seem like products of a grade school practice sewing class.)
I'm still waiting for a response to my last email 3 days ago.
Anyway, I don't have high hopes for any resolution, especially after reading prior reviews.
Lesson learned.

I ordered 2 items from this website. It took over a month for them to arrive. I was not happy with the quality ofone item and the other item did not fit properly. I asked about how to go about returning the items as the website says easy returns. I was told that they would have to be returned to China and would likely get lost in transit and I would lose my money. I was offered a refund of $12, I had spent over $50, and I was told to keep the items. I told them $12 was not acceptable and I am still waiting for a resolution and it's been weeks. I would not do business with this company!

I had ordered five tops...
Only one looked right on me and I wished to return the other four.
Dream fitting advertised "easy returns" so I thought it would be no problem to get a refund on the four tops, with my understanding that I would pay the return shipping. Through about 10 email exchanges (four weeks) I have still not settled the return. I was required to take pictures of the four tops, though I said there was no problem with them, they just did not look right on my body. Crazy!
Finally they offered a $10 credit (for the four tops - an $83 value) then $16 and said that I could give the tops to charity. Finally - a $40 refund was agreed upon, though I have not heard from them since (two weeks ago) and no credit received.
Plan to keep what ever you order., there are no returns!

Ordered multiple articles of clothing
Has taken weeks to get here. Terrible material. Dollar General has better quality clothes! No returns. Ordered "sweatshirt" it is a SATIN SUPER THIN long sleeve piece of crap. Satin... really, ordered a sweatshirt. Photos are not accurate at all on website. Was offered $5 refund and was told to give it to a friend or donate. I would die before I would give it to a friend. I can tell from the email I received, they do not speak english because I had to dissect the email because I wouldn't understand wording. Scam scam scam... stay away

I should have checked the reviews for this company. I just got scammed. Bought two tops. They are the worst quality in make and materials. They are copies of others clothes done badly. They are not letting me return them. Citing too expensive to return and could get lost or dirty and offered me $5 compensation. Oh great they charged me $92 for the rubbish. They overcharged as well from the advertised amount. Stay away.
