Last year, I ordered an off the shoulder, multi striped blue cotton T size medium that looked darling on their website. Couldn't wait to get it. It took months and when it arrived, it was an X large cheap looking navy round neck pullover. I inquired about returning it for a refund and they suggested I donate it to charity because the cost of shipping to return it would probably exceed the purchase price. Outrageous. So you'll wonder what I was thinking when I saw the same cotton T on their website recently and thought maybe I'd have better luck this time. So I ordered and purchased it AGAIN. What was I thinking? Now a month later there is no activity on the tracking number and I called my local USPS and they told me "IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED!" I should have read the reviews before I ever did business with them again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. They are just out and out blatant thieves! Is there anything that can be done to stop them?

I ordered two face masks on April 22 while in California due to Covid-19 regulations.
Their website made it appear they would ship fairly soon. I wish I had read reviews and their shipping policy and would have never ordered from them. Their shipping policy is 3-7 business days order prep time and then another 15-25 to ship.
On May 11 as I was preparing to return to my home in Ohio, I sent an email wondering the status of my order, asking to ship to me in Ohio. I also said if I hadn't received the products by May 26, I would contact Visa to remove the charge and file a complaint with BBB.
I did get a reply on May 12 saying they were sorry for the delay and would do their best to ship them soon. That is the last I heard from.
The main problem I have is they charged my card on April 22 and would never had heard anything from them if I hadn't replied to them on May 11. Technically, they have until June 5 to ship but after reading the other reviews, I'm not confident they will, maybe never. Like others, I would rate them zero stars if possible.
Lesson learned; research companies you're not familiar with before doing business with them.

Finally received my face masks. I ordered four mask that was $67 including shipping and handling. I ordered on 4/11/2020 and the items was delivered on 5/23/2020. The whole process was to long. I think that contributed to my disappointment in the mask. I guess I expected something a little different that what I received although it is what was pictured on the site. It is the price of the mask that I question. $14.99 was actually a mark down price. They probably should be $7.49 at the most! I will make the best of the situation!

I ordered 5 face masks from Dream Fitting on 4/16/20 and never received an email confirmation of my order, never received any communication from them. I tried to call them and no number is on file. Nobody responds to any emails sent. I just received a package on 5/18 from UGD ******* Yorba Ave Chino Hills CA *******. This package contained 1 face mask. I had to dispute the charge from my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered 4 face masks on 4/16 they told me 9 to 15 days to ship, now it's 5/15 and sent dozens of emails with no response and no facemasks RIPPED OFF. Don't order from this Co.

This company is a TOTAL VIRUS SCAM! I ordered 3 face masks that they advertised under two fraudulent company names (dreamfitting and sunny rose). Once they get your order, they sent you a bogus receipt (usually found in your spam filter) that they are preparing your order to ship. I have NOT received anything further, despite several emails to get a refund. After further research, this company has fraudulent company stores in Chino, California and China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES!

I ordered 3 tops. After 1 month, I received an email stating one was out of stock & asking if I wanted to order something else. The email did not tell me which was out of stock, so I requested a refund for that item. I waited another 3 months for the tops. The quality was pathetic. Gave them both to Goodwill.
The worst part is there is no phone number or live chat. The person sending the email used badly broken English.
Overall, a horrible experience.

Buyer Beware can not be emphasized enough! This company seems to be a total scam. I have tried for over a month to just get the address for return to no avail, since you must first contact them before they will tell you how to return the product. I have given up on getting the return shipping covered. Colors and material are not as advertised and sizing is wrong. They suggested that I donate them to someone or give as a gift, in response to my request for a return address. This was a terrible experience and this company should not be allowed to operate. Do not do business with them!

Buyer beware! Items are not as described and sizing chart is incorrect. I ordered 3 shirts all in smalls and they are much to big. Material that is described on site is not the material the shirts are made from. I have been trying to work through their return policy and they are refusing to take the items back unless I pay to send them to China. They are offering me $5 credit for $73 worth of merchandise and telling me to donate the shirts to charity.

I ordered the same dress in the same size in 3 different colors. 2 barrly fit (I wear an XL based on their size charts, but ordered 2X.to accommodate the Asian construction differences. The 3rd dress was 8" smaller thru the bust, waist and hips in the third color. The site said luxurious soft cotton fabric, and it is thin, scratchy fabric. I am reluctant to launder in a gentle cold wash and line-dry for fear they will dissolve or shrink to baby clothes!... I keep getting runarounds on returning for a refund... My time during the holidays is worth more than dealing with this scam! I'll see if a petite family member can fit into these dresses!

I agree with orhers, PayPal needs to block this site!

I ordered on 10/24, on 11/22 I inquired and was told that some of my items are no longer available and nothing was sent as of 11/22! If I had not contacted them, I would still be waiting on items that no longer exist.
