The should be a lawsuit filed against this website for what they are doing. It really called STEALING not Gambling. They will allow one hit or pay out. Cash out soon after. The game will freeze and take your money

Use any other service but not DraftKings.They will not always pay you the amount you win.They do not have phone number to contact and you will never be able to get hold of them with emails and stuff.I am just saying this with experience not only with me but couple other people.DRAFT KING IS SCAM.Just passing my experience as I had many people with this grad from DraftKings so please rethink if you're trying to join draft king.It is not a good betting site.

You will no longer win on this site, if you do, you will invest 1000 to win 200. DK no longer pays out. I am with a few other Vegas casino apps and they are fair with better reward programs free rooms, concerts etc. DK has the crown program which is complete garbage.
DK has shareholders to bow down too with no physical casino properties. The first year they paid out but not anymore. Before playing here ask yourself the question do you feel like trying to get back fifty percent of your money you deposited? Trust me when I say this it's been four months with no significant wins. Other apps are much more fair and honest please do yourself a favor a leave these amateur casino operators. Where is the gaming control board when you need them? This site needs to be audited. Ps. Won $287.25 and accidentally sent that amount to them instead of withdrawing. Now they have $574.50 and won't send it back. I'd be happy to at least get 1/2 so I'm not out anything but they're crooks and don't pay!

Draftkings does not refund winnings ever they do not answer to anyone, they sent me fake tracking numbers, still no check but if you wanna deposit it's one second just don't win because you have no access to your own money

If you have a winning month they severely drop your betting limits. Their platform constantly has issues. Poor customer service.

Won a bonus on a game and the game froze. I went back and forth with "customer service" for 3 days. They kept blaming my wifi but yet every other game worked fine off said WiFi. After being ignored for an entire day, I received my bet back and the free spins were aborted. Unfair gaming practices right there. Customer service could see I won the free games on their end but never did a thing about it.

Roster change last minute invalidated my entries no warning...they said they would not credit me after cancelling sometimes the may message you but the did not...games a rescheduled all the time and then the house takes it

Don't waste your $#*!ing money on this app. They are $#*!ing thieves. You never win anything I deposited almost $100 a day for like two weeks and lost every single dime and didn't even come close. I swear if I ran into an employee, I would knock their $#*!ing head off.

I won a 15 parlay and a 12 parlay college basketball. I've had small batch that everyone around $300 never had issues with drawing my winnings. And they've never had issues taking my money when I lost. Last night I want to $1200, they will not let me withdraw my cash that I won said I had to upload a ID with my picture, a bank statement and a utility bill. Are you kidding!? It's been almost 24 hours and they still have not contacted me and let me know when I can withdraw my money. Not cool!

Given 8 $25 bets when I deposited $5. I placed all bets within the one week allotted time frame. (All on NFL). I even bet some of my winnings again on some NBA games. I currently have $162 in winnings I want to withdraw. It always gets accepted, and then immediately cancelled by DraftKings. I tried everything from even withdrawing $1. They will not pay out. No surprise that I can still deposit more money into my account, but yet can't withdraw from the same account using the same card. I even signed up for PayPal so I could use that method. NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY OFFER PROMOS THAT THEY WILL NOT ABIDE BY THEMSELVES AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS!

This my first review I have ever written. Setting up account easy. Getting $ out nearly impossible. Seems like Draft Kings needs my $150 more than I do.
Terribly disappointed and frustrated.

Very upset, and feeling violated by Draftkings, in particular their online casino. No, it's not because I lost some money, not that the app is really really slow...
It's because of their unethical business practices, and plain out theft from depositors who are just looking for entertainment.
They are fully exploiting the regulations linked to monitoring "responsible gambling" by herding "complainers" into a flagged email category, where anyone who complains that they cannot access the prompts to make a withdrawal to their checking account, and want to withdraw their funds immediately, or who are considered a "problem" or disgruntled customer...you will be in a flagged email for all of the advocates

to see, and every conversation prior, all the complaints the run around they inevitably give anyone who wants their money back.
Trust me. It's like a human interaction inventory storage space. So if you contact support after having a minced word conversation with them prior, you have already been noted on their system as difficult. XD

Simply put, never join draftkings. Woke up one day to an email stating that my account has been permanently banned and was unable to withdraw the money that I had in my account. I have emailed the support and they stated that they are not able to disclose why my account got banned or why I can't withdraw my money. If you want to risk your money due to an in adequate company. Feel free to join draftkings.

When I first started with DraftKings some years back they were a good company to play and I enjoyed it very much. I now feel quite differently because they have horrific customer service and very poor management in my opinion. They have gotten under my skin, so badly that I would never again use them for sports betting under any circumstances. I would not recommend this company. Caveat emptor. David Packett

Had to fight to cash out my debit card was on file I cashed and the returned my cash back to my DK account and forced me to cash out by check. Customer service is a bot and when you get someone to email you back they don't give two $#*!s about you beciase they already have your money.

I was denied $200 bonus for first time gambling in Ohio. I made a $5 bet and they said I put a booster onto it? I have no idea what that was, but it violated their rules? So, I get no $200 bonus. Too much competition to worry about this. Awful customer service.
