This is the worst online betting site ever! They lie so much and then if you do win… you can't even log back into your account. $#*! this site and I wish that I could see them in person!

I read these reviews and I am shocked! I have been an attorney for 50 years and have never, ever seen anything like this. From these reviews it is clear that the operators of DraftKings are engaged in serious crimes. I read in one account that they are operating in Bulgaria which makes it far more difficult to recover from them. Draft kings will advertise every commercial break during the super bowl. They will allow you to deposit funds even when you reside in a state that you can't use them to bet while in your state. They will then hang onto your funds and not process a refund on a weekend. Their site will state that if you have a debit card on file that accepts push deposits your refund will process in less than 24 hours but then when you call will say they only process refunds and withdrawals Mon through Friday from 9 to 5 and that it will be at least 2 days not including the weekend even when your home page will show the funds are gone right when you request it. Deceptive! Don't use them if you expect to be able to bet on the game unless you are in a state that allows you to bet with them. Horribly Deceptive I hope someone files a class action suit against them for this.

They are great at taking your money on bad sports bets and their casino games. But once u have a good sports bet they canceled out half of your picks or take 30 minutes for someone to review your bet. Absolute turd of a betting site. Support local and kick these guys to the curb

They will locked your account and hole yourmoney hostage, make you send all types of documents to prove you are you. They tell you it is not acceptable. They put you through vigorous procedure. No one communicate with each other, one agent is telling you do one thing, while another is telling you something else.and still nothing gets done. They don't give call back even if you request it. On one listen to anything you have to say. I spent almost 2 months trying to resolve a simple issue and still to this day it is not resolved. The customer service is horrible, the response time is terrible and the hold procedure is observed. Do waste time or money with DraftKings, play at Mohegan sun online. Same thing less hassle.

Opened an account, but had some technical issues on my end (no big deal). So i requested to close my account. Months later a figured out the issues, and so i started up an account. After a couple weeks of sports bets, they locked my account. After some questioning, they stated that i could no longer have an account because i had previously closed my other account, and i was permanently locked out per their rules. I had to fight a bit to even get half (not all) of my money back from my account.

I play between 6 to 10 different sports apps with casinos and draftkings was a great app a few years back you could bet a game, double or triple or even make much more from the casino.I just looked at all my totals since I began whenever they became legal in PA, my draftkings account is by far the worst.most apps pay back close and if I'm down a couple of thousand on each, draftkings is 5xs higher...its just not a good app anymore and it's truly not going to payout on their casino games ever again..

Just a disgrace to sportsbooks. Dont like them at all. Vigs are way higher then most sportsbooks. They have a social tab which has alot of incompete people (maybe Draftking themselves) posting outrageous bets that you can tail but seem to always lose. They also post alot of premade parlays that always lose by 1 leg. The live betting is garbage due to the scoreboard and game tracker never being in sync so they can confuse you to make live bets and lose instantly in most causes because information is not upto date.

When I tried to withdraw money, only $100, I was unable to do so. After 3 weeks of waiting for customer service to activate my account again and allow me to make withdraws or generate teams for the NFL playoffs, I decided to permanently close my account. Customer Service did then send me the money in my account and notified me that I could never open an account again with Draftkings. I'm not sure exactly what technology issues are going on with legitimate money transfers, but if you're having troubles, just close your account permanently. The money in your account will be sent to you via UPS. You will not be able to use Draftkings anymore. Draftkings is not trying to keep your money, rather a technology challenged company with a world full of cyber criminals.

I won 5 hands big hands at that and my balance never increased. I've won a bet and they never paid me and took my original wager. I try to email or call them they never get back to you. Worst site ever they scam me out of 5000 at least and I lost over 300 k on there I am done wish I can sue them.

Account has been restricted due to withdrawal and deposit from the same account. So I tried to be understanding and resolve the issue although I get no responses from "customer support", no call backs, can't withdraw or deposit. Meanwhile on the app it says the issue is "resolved". 1300 stuck in the account and can't withdraw it. Thieves? I don't know judge for yourself.

Awesome app and easy to use. I think people give it a 1 star because they lost and are sore losers.

I spent my 5, free bets won't work. Disgusting customer service. I emailed them 6 days ago, and no response. I have emailed a total of 6 times, once a day and still nothing. They just take ur 5 bucks. Imagine how rich they got off that, and with no customer service, no trouble, until now. Update: they fixed everything and gave my free bets back
