This company is a scam, I was promised several times I would receive $200 Free bet promo for my referral which I never received, emailed customer service told they would apply it's been a week haven't received anything, I haven't had a issue with FanDuel Betmgm or any of the other companies.I would not do business with DraftKings. After I told customer service I never received credits they never responded to another email.

Absolutely the worst app and customer service I ever dealt with. Their verification system would not approve me so they made me upload several documents including my drivers license. I emailed back and forth with customers server. It was a always a different "person" and they kept telling me to upload stuff that I had already taken care of. My address on my ID is different bc I moved, 1 email said it's fine bc I provided proof of address. The next email said my address is different and I need to provided proof of address which I already did. Eventually they told me to upload a picture of me holding my ID which was the last straw. I cannot believe that this company runs things this way. So now they have all my info and I have zero access so that's nice. Absolutely unreal. I took some SS's of the convo that I had with them that I reported to the BBB with.

I would be very wary of gambling with them. I won $140 and they wouldn't let me withdraw the money. Also there's no way to contact them. Very disappointing

I'm going through a divorce and staying with a friend. I made a withdrawal and wanted the check mailed to my friends address. Even after proving my identity, they wanted proof I lived there. I couldn't prove I live there. I sent hundreds of emails and requests for a phone. Never got a phone call and they flat out are ignoring me. Locked out money in limbo and customer service won't help me. Screen name trippinastro.

Someone stole my social security number and created a DraftKings account with it. No one will get back to me and my email was blocked. I have no Idea what to do, someone created a fraudulent account with a stolen social security number and they have no issues with it.

I've played blackjack at DraftKings since 2022, and whenever I got ahead, I would lose every hand of blackjack thereafter. I have lost too much money to continue playing at DraftKings. Many times, the cards came very quick or too slow. Definitely a red flag that someone is controlling the cards I got artificially. DraftKings will claim that they conduct "FAIR PLAY" in all of the betting games they CONTROL...yes - CONTROL IS THE WORD. Save your money and play the safe game apps that pay you for playing free games out there. It's not much money, but at least it's not RIGGED. And you won't be CHEATED. No losses from safer gaming is the key. I'm done with DraftKings. Period. They are a LOSING BATTLE NO ONE CAN CONQUER. They're not worth anyone's time, energy, effort, and most especially - THEIR MONEY. Sad but true - DraftKings is stealing whatever money they can from players...and they are cheating through their game software. It's RIGGED TO CHEAT THE PLAYER.

This is the a scam company,the money you bet won"t be if you picked a winning team it will be if you ever see your win money.They will email you back,never act after that! NO PHONE EVER TO TALK ABOUT A PROBLEM,THEY WILL EMAIL YOU TILL YOU ARE WORN OUT.REMEMBER I TOLD YOU SO!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a betting site. They gave me $200 in free bets. Then froze my account and took them wawy. They also took away a $50 boost that I won. Just removed it from my account. You will never find anyone in customer service to help as there is no phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Use Caesars, BetMGM or FanDuel. They care about their customers!

They have you opt in to bets. As soon as the bet is placed they change the payout amount. This is the second time I've opted into a team scoring doubles my bet. As soon as I place the bet, the payout turns to.17 from $37.14.

So now they have me risking $37 to win 17 cents and they offer no way to cancel after screwing you.

I've had several impossible times trying to get withdrawals from my draft kings account. They are repeatedly 'canceled.' Then they claim they can't do anything about it!

But, if you'll notice, they can ALWAYS TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT!

I'm beginning to believe that Draft Kings is part gambling website and partially a scam site.

If you must do online sports betting, try another site like MGM, Ceasars, or Fan Duel, and AVOID Draft Kings at ALL COSTS. You may not get your money back!

I received casino credits based on my deposits 20% every week but as soon as I won, my host Mike C stated that they are not available anymore. My account ended up getting closed bc I questioned them that they only care about losing players. DraftKings is a scam, stay away and save your money.

The cash out suck draft king sucks the crap is rigged in my opinion never win always offers low cash out
