I understand win and lost but this Sportsbook is a scam u make a bet a they block the bets they don't like forcing you to make another bet changing the odds wen u cash out they profile u then scam you out your money! Not worth it.

You people have the nerve to put on your betting apps with your codes on the corners of the T v's when there are people out there that can even feed themselves in Canada and people cant afford to eat and you want people to gamble. You people are disgusting and then when you go into the casino it's OK you play but that's when you win some money that you need and then yiu become addicted.

I have won bet on DraftKings today the bet was "Who will win FIFA Cup 2022" I have placed the bet for Argentina after Argentina won. They refused to payout and marked me lost on their app. I have proof of official receipt of the bet. After I contacted them they never answered the phone ' I have sent them emails and they start making different excuses and referring me to rule book and copy paste emails (Same excuse for all the clients not to payout)

I have NEVER made a withdrawal that I remember from draftking. They blocked my account saying that some other person tried to log in in mass. I always log in the same computer from NH. They I'm sure have the IP address. They have sent generic emails how they are their to help me? My first complaint was yesterday 12/9/2022 I'm still waiting. I gave my phone number to phone me nothing. Im a disabled veteran and I'm not just forgetting this. I will get attorney if needed and make sure every person I know gets this info. I'm with the DOD. Please email draftkings let them know that you are f----------- a veteran The latest: They resolved the issue. It took about literally 30 emails, I don't stop. I also did threaten legal action. I had a real nice person not with draftkings get this happening for me. I really wont say his name or title because I dont want this person flooded with emails. MY SUGGESTION: DO NOT QUIT i dont care how many emails how many hours just get it in your favor. I KNEW I did nothing wrong. If you quit its done. You have to keep trying it took me 5 days.

I've been playing for over 9 months on this site now, and I'm talking $200 - $300 dollars a day and some time more. Very rarely do they let you win and when they do and you make a withdraw, you won't win any money again until they take back 3-4 times as much as you withdraw. I can tell you this, it's not a site that the games are the same every time you play it, they will tighten up the machines on you if they feel you are winning too much from they. Stingy app with unreasonable mission offers. And promotions are junk ALL the time! They screwed us over on our sport league NFT gig in the state of Pennsylvania. People who invested in that took huge loss. This app doesn't care about its customer base like other companies do. Other companies even offer more free promotions as well. Draft kings you suck so hard. You should be the first app to go!

My it's been looked for more then a week and have 5k in it I try to withdraw it and they canceled my withdrawal and looked my account and they don't even answer the emails anymore I sent them everything they ask for the Bank staments and all

Draftking is the worse ever, they know how to still your money, as I was winning 3days in a row in the world cup, out of sudden I noticed that I was unable to login to my account, so I contacted them to let them know that I was unable to login to my account, so they lock the account with all my money in there, for 4 days I haven't heard from anyone, and finally on the 5th day they said they have returned my balance to me Wich I never received, plus the day before I was having issues login to my account, I tried to withdraw $400 but that 400 never came either, i realize it was their strategy All along, they booted the app, cause it to malfunction so you can give them access to your account, and that's how they got you, it's been 12 days now and no sign of my money and my account is still remain locked, I had screenshots of my winnings and my remaining balance so I sent it to them but they never answered to those emails, if anyone can help me retrieve my money from them, that would be very helpful. And please do not trust draftking

Since starting with DraftKings I easily opened an account. Then actually made bets and won a small bit. Then my account was questioned. I tried numerous times to resolve but got automated messages not pertaining to my issue at all. In the end they closed my account worth $73.33 CDN in it for no apparent reason. Terrible scam

I'm going to be very honest with this review. DraftKings operates in a manner that feels very fraudulent. I opened an account in mid-October 2022. I began learning the sports betting process, particularly how to make parlay wagers. November 7th, the NBA had a rare day where all teams played. So I figured out how to place a 10 dollar 15-Leg wager that would have paid $32,000 if I won. Draft Kings immediately placed a restriction on my account and sent me an email saying I had to prove my identity and location because I had engaged in betting irregularities. I had to send them a photo of me holding my driver's license and two bank statements for two credit cards I had linked to my account. Three weeks later, account was still restricted and I could not gain access to $185 was in my account. DraftKings does not have live customer service operators. Communication is done thru email. And I sent 14 emails asking when the restriction would be lifted and only got the same auto-bot reply every time. The Chat line is the same way. This company, with its national TV ads and comedian Kevin Hart as its spokesperson is selling the public a fraudulent image. There are too many other Sportsbook companies on the market for DraftKings to be operating in such a shady manner. I contacted my state's attorney general office and forwarded them my info.

Draft kings needs to have a 1-800 number for customers to get customer service. Long story short they are doing it way wrong. It takes hours to get something simple completed or changes. I moved to FanDuel. It takes them a couple minutes for the same things. That's just sad. That's just bad management. Not caring about the people you serve. Just in it for the money. Very sad. Lost a loyal customer. Fix your problems or you will lose so many more valuable customers such as myself. Poorly managed

I have been with DraftKings for almost 8 years. And ever since November of last year I've been trying to get my email changed because someone had my email. So I was trying to get an email changed with DraftKings so I can withdraw my funds or take care of things on their website. Can you believe they still haven't changed my email? It's been almost a year, now after me sending it out a year ago. They finally got with me too. Maybe 3 weeks ago. And I'm still waiting on the email a change. This is the most ridiculous gambling company I've ever seen. When it comes to company customer service. You can't talk to anyone. I mean it is so ridiculous. I like gambling on the website but this issue has really changed my insight on DraftKings, I can go to FanDuel, I can go to bovada and on each one of them I can talk to the customer service and if I need to email James they would do it within 3 minutes. It's been almost a year and I've been talking to him for 3 months and they still haven't done it. It is so ridiculous. So if you ever lose access to email, do not depend on DraftKings to fix it for you in a hurry, you can't withdraw your funds. You can't really do anything but gamble. And that's an issue

I played roulette and The game will literally adapt to your playing style whatever you pick the computer will steal from you and fall on number that benefits them it'll lightly engage you and then steal all your money I literally covered all the numbers except 1 number and that number hit twice out of ten. Cheating is wrong and draftkings needs to quit stealing

Folks I'm here to warn you that I started using DraftKings and deposited money into the app but once I referred the app to people in my own household they blocked all our accounts claiming that we were sharing accounts and it was cheating when this was absolutely not the case. They refuse to release my original deposit unless we ALL send a copy of our photo ID's even though I explained to them multiple times that we are all in the same household and that the mistake is on their part. There is a reason why they do not list a customer service telephone number on their website, its because their plan is to SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR OWN MONEY ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN TO REFER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM DRAFTKINGS. Fanduel is 10x better and so are many other apps. Draftkings is BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. Stay away from this scam!

I really like DraftKings. Of course how you feel about it at any given moment depends a lot on if you are having a winning or losing session.
