This place is not to be trusted and to be honest our country is better off running moonshine and playing poker live, not to mention placing bets with the local bookie. This is all coming from a life time poker player and professional gambler. They are crooks, they have people playing for the company from the inside or taking kick backs you can bet your life on it. Keep things very small play to have fun and if you win a few hundred take some out and use it. Ive got decades in this $#*! and the odds a normal joe opening up the app putting in 200 winning anything big so low it would shock you! Its just full of bad scandlist people so dont think you can hit it and change you life. Its simply not true!

The worst customer service in the sector! They only reply with auto written e-mails and they never help you with anything. Only keep you in the loop when you want to withdraw your money. If you want to deposit no problem right away but when it comes to withdraw they ask you thousands of questions and documents. This website is my biggest regrets ever. I started winning bets and was accused of being a computer making my bets. Locked me out of my account and has my money locked in the account. Now they want me to verify my bank account. No problem my name is on the cards. No, they want my bank statements. I have requested for a call back since you can't call them no call back this has been going on a while. They have copies of my id next to my head to verify im me they have copies of my cards I use on their sight they have copies of my utility bills i am not giving them anymore especially if they can't use what they have to verify me then they are not smart enough to protect my bank information let loan what they already have. All that's besides every time I start getting ahead in the Betts something goes wrong with the system or need to re-login conveniently something always has an issue I am starting to think that DraftKings is more of a scam than anything, Fanduel for fair games so far is what i have came to the conclusion of. DraftKings has the worst platform for sports bets and casino games.
Their bonuses restrict all deposits until they are fully played through 15 X's the amount of the deposit, regardless if you wanted to play casino games or just place sports bets. It will restrict the full deposit for casino only until those funds are exhausted.

Customer service is mediocre at best. The only form of communication is sending an email. They have no LIVE chat agents or a phone number to call.

My next call will be to make a complaint with the BBB and Michigans Gaming Control Commission

I don't even think the casino is regulated. You can't win anything on here. It's a joke. Their offers are terrible too. I understand they exist to make money, but I'm not giving any more of mine. If you're looking to throw money in the trash, this is the place to be!

Have been using for over a yr now daily. Am pretty disgusted at this point. Promotions not bad but platform is far and away worst of sportsbooks in my opinion. I use wifi so not a connectivity issue. Extremely slow and wrought with gliches. Not sure they really care. Makes placing live odds bets very difficult. Latest problem is with redeeming rewards. Wont let customers redeem these, one has to contact customer service. So has decent promos but many are gliche prone. I suggest another sportsbook. Im moving away from dk.

Stay away from DraftKings casino games at all costs. The payback and gameplay is terrible on par with The king of losing MGM. Both sites are dangerous and will steal your hard earned money. Stay away at all costs.

I have been a loyal draftkings bettor for almost 4 years. Most years I have lost money, but in the last year and a half I have been on a great winning streak. They have now restricted most of my bets. Some bets I am allowed to risk huge amounts to win a little but they restrict my bet size on many straight bets and I'm severely restricted on parlays. I'm not talking huge amounts either, sometimes I'm limited to a $45 bet when I was trying to do $300. One of my good friends bets 25k on UFC bets and I'm here nickel and diming. If you look on google and youtube, you'll see that DK only wants recreational bettors, versus serious bettors. I know I'm chump change compared to most!

I have been a customer of draftkings literally since their inception. I've won tens of thousands of dollars. I was such a good customer they gave me free Cub playoff tickets. But in the last month they've become some Russian bot. I'm not allowed to even access my account without jumping through hoops that seem aimed at identity theft. Indeed when I had enough a week ago I said close my account and send me my funds. The response no! Fortunately I've been bleeding the account and we are only talking hundreds, but still it's my money. Hopefully there is a class action law suit out there I can join. But regardless stay away and if you're on draftkings get off, they will make you wish you heeded my warning.

Used to be good before they became publicly traded. Good luck winning anymore, they cater to the professional fantasy gamblers, allowing them to max enter 150 lineups on the contests that are worth playing. An average guy cannot win here anymore. The customer service is horrible, they dont allow late swaps in UFC, meaning every week my lineup gets screwed, leaving me no chance of winning and will not credit you when a fight is canceled after the card is locked. They should allow the player to replace the canceled fighter.

I took a flier on one of THEIR proposed golf parlays. It was this: 9 to 1 for Sam Burns to come in top 10 at Valspar (which he did, finishing alone in 5th), and Davis Riley to finish top 20 which he did, with a T19 with 7 other guys. I bet 10$ on it. Now, I understand my 90$ win will be diluted a bit because Riley didn't take 19th place on his ow, but they only paid me my 10$ bet back plus 15.17$...wtf? If I had bet Sam Burns to top ten ALONE it would've paid more than that. Their customer service won't budge, and I'm guessing it's because thousand of users made this bet, so to make it right by me would mean they'd have to go back and do right by A LOT of people. I won 500 dollars on a bet from the superbowl I requested my withdrawl to my mother's house because I had just moved into my neighborhood and wasn't sure if my mail would get to me and I really needed the money I'm a single mom of two small children I thought I could supplement some income so I requested the withdrawl which they imminently rejected stating that my driver license didn't match the address on file so I spent the 26 dollars and got a new one I uploaded the information and requested another withdrawl which was rejected this time they stated they needed proof of address (which by the way I had already proved to open fund and wager the account)so I uploaded another utility bill to get my money and again tried to withdrawl but now when I pushed the withdrawl button it stated I had zero dollar balance I can wager the 500 but cannot with drawl they stated I needed to have a pdf form of proof of residence I uploaded this they stated I needed proof that my mother's was my residence I explained in email because I cannot contact live support that option has been disallowed to my account for some reason they said ok request a different withdrawl I explained that I couldn't because it says I have no funds they asked me to take screen shots of the problem I did and they again asked me to provevmy mother's address 74 emails I've sent with no resolution they either do nor answer or they tell me to do something I've already explained that I cannot they ll allow me to wager all the money I want deposit but refuse to allow my withdrawl worst betting site there is
