First purchase was good. I got the seamless sent DHL express (+$20) that arrived 4 days later.
Positive- liked the compression of the seamless impact set
Negative- Almost $50 duties for a $113 purchase (Canadian dollars)
Second purchase I chose free shipping because of the +$20 express shipping +$50 duties. Ordered May 17, shipped May 20. June 24- still hasn't arrived. I fb messaged twice, emailed, left a message on live chat, IG DM'd and did not get a response until I publicly commented on an IG post. Finally was able to talk to somebody in customer service who said that I had to wait 40 BUSINESS DAYS before they'll do any further action. As of today, they haven't responded to my email sent 3 days ago.
I wanted to have a positive experience with DYE since I liked the seamless set, but am very disappointed with how they've dealt with my second order. The hassle of the wait and duties charge has not been worth it.
I've orderd a gym bag at DYE unfortunatly it came in with a broken zipper. I contacted the're customer support wich replies within 24 hours during workdays and within 3 days i explained my problem they provided a more than resonable solution and sent me a brand new gym bar.
Because i come from holland and their company is based in Australia this is a big deal to me for the fact i cannot simply return items easely without making a big cost for it.
Fast response and very helpfull.

The leggings are super flattering and the colour is amazing, they fit so nicely and are 100% squat proof, I'm over the moon with them and the customer service was fast and so helpful, they have the customers best interest at heart and I will be sure to order more products in the future.
I read a lot of mixed reviews but decided to take the risk and give this company a go anyway. So happy I did.
I am going to reflect some things that I found other reviews were negative on.
1 - shipping - perhaps a lot of these people don't realise the company is in Australia (the opposite side of the world). I received my item 2 business days after making my purchase.
2 - sizing - I am yet to find an accessed business or even clothes in big brand stores that are ACTUALLY true to size. They almost always run a size larger. So I ordered a size larger and the sizing is absolutely PERFECT.
3 - quality - nice and thick, feels beautiful, looks beautiful. Did not feel sweaty legs after a 6km run at all. Absolutely did what they advertised the leggings as doing

I ordered a pair of gym shorts on March 9th, and they arrived yesterday. I figured it would take a while for it to be delivered due to being on the opposite side of the planet, so I was patient. 2 weeks pass, and I don't receive a shipment notification. I go to my order and use the tracking number provided. An error message popped up saying "Sorry, [tracking number] not trackable". I've never had an issue like this with tracking an online order, so I figured the website must've been down. I try this every other day until I received my order, and the same error message persisted. I tried contacting the website, but it wasn't until I contacted them the 2nd time that I received a response, and an automated one at that.
TLDR: My order took nearly a month to arrive, and I had no idea if it was even processing due to tracking being constantly down and the lack of response from the associates. The shorts fit me well, and they're comfortable. I just don't think they're worth the hassle.

My favourite leggings of all time, they are incredibly flattering on the legs and booty as well as bringing in the waist well with a tight and effective waistband. The material is thick enough to be squat proof but definitely doesn't over-heat. The shipping time for me was super quick, mind you I live in Aus, however its a relief for me because for any overseas brands I have to wait up to 3 weeks at least, so it evens out! I now have 5 different colours.
I was very excited for these to come in the mail. These leggings are the $#*!tiest material. Sweat drenches them and they do not wick sweat or heat AT ALL. Also for being "form fitting" they most definitely are not. I look fat in these leggings and I am in good shape weighing 150 pounds at 5 foot 7. I do not have visible cellulite UNLESS IN THESE LEGGINGS. I dont even recognize my butt, hamstrings, or quads in these leggings. Also, even with wearing underwear, the entire outline of my VAGINA is showing. Again, Awful. Unflattering. Will never purchade from this company again. Horrible overpriced. The pictures of the "models" in the clothing is a bad representation of what they will actually look like. And i will not be posting pictures of these leggings to scar every one for life.
I basically placed an order on November 25,2018. It took 3 weeks to get delivered and at the end, i had to pay customs fees. I called DHL saying i wanted to refuse the delivery and sent back the package. Then i got an email from DOYOUEVEN on January 15 which is almost 2 months after my purchased, asking if i wanted to get the package delivered again or a refund.
If i sent the package back, it's in the only perspective of getting a total refund. I am really pissed of cause the delivery took 3 weeks and then they suggested me to be delivered again on 7 days delivery. I think this company has no good customer setvices and they are just trying to get the things longer so then people forget about their refund. Better to go to sportcheck or to order somewhere you know.

Please keep in mind your delivery failed due to being unclaimed, our parcel had successfully been delivered, just not claimed by the recipient.
The couriers then also sent this back to sender via the most cost effective method for them, therefore this created a further delay in us receiving your parcel.

I made my first purchased of Do You Even products when they were on sale for black friday. I like the products and since I recommended to some friends one of them gave me a $75 gift card for the store for my bday. I waited 2 weeks to see if the Excel line crop tops were going to be replaced (I wanted to buy matching sets) but they weren't so used my gift card plus spent some extra money by Christmas time. It's been 21 days since I ordered and nothing yet. I emailed then and apparently I'm still on normal wait time for standard internation shipping and plus my stuff can be stopped a Custom's and get import duties. So considering all the non-restocking and hustle with shipping I don't recommend buying from them. Products are good but not special enough for all this process.
It's been 5months, 10 emails trying to get information or a refund on my purchase and NOTHING. No order, no refund, no answer! This company is BS, don't waste your money. There are companies out there with better service and from what I read in reviews, better quality. Don't get scammed!
It's ridiculous that I've ordered my clothes 23 buisness days ago and I've contacted their support message group about 8 times and still have no answer still waiting on my clothes or an imideate refund... I ordered a pair of leggings from this company and it didn't take long for them to fall apart by the seams. Ironically they were called seamless leggings. I religiously wash all of the expensive leggings I own by hand and lay them flat to dry because I want to make them last for as long as possible. When I mentioned the issues to customer service they basically said that there was nothing they could do. Even wish has better return policies and you pay next to nothing for their products. What a pity.
I ordered a white women's dynasty jacket. It came in the other day and it is great quality! The material is thick and the aesthetic is great too. Unfortunately when I opened i. T there was a tiny stain on the back. I contacted customer service and sent a photo. They were quick to respond and they sent a new jacket right away, while allowing me to keep the original one.
Overall great product for a good price!
I contacted the DYE customer services team regarding an issue I had with a pair of leggings I had just purchased, which had broken within 24 hours of having them, I was impressed with the initial first impressions of the leggings however, I was disappointed when they had broke. I was in contact with the customer services manager Milly who dealt with my issue, she responded incredibly promptly which I was surprised about as I am from the UK and the brand is based in Australia. Milly was very consistent with replying to my emails and to help assist me with my problem. I was impressed with the high level of customer service I received from her and her dersire to help resolve my problem. She helped turn a slightly negative feel of the brand to a very positive experience which has reassured me that I will definitely be a returning customer. Please may you give her recognition for this as I think she is an asset to your team, it's not often you find people willing to go above and beyond to make the customer feel 100% satisfied.
Such a lovely experience with the DYE team. Will continue to use their products and further my workouts with the same brand that I began my journey with.

Ordered a pair of grey seamless leggings (pictured) and once I received them they were so amazing, fit so nicely and comfortably I instantly ordered the black pair. Postage is super quick, like 1 day after being posted. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the black leggings but customer service responsed so quickly and had the problem resolved that day! Couldn't be happier with the service! Thanks a million :)
I found out about DYE through Instagram and was pretty skeptical about dropping big bucks on a trendy workout brand. When they came out with their seamless line I decided to give it a shot, and I could not be happier with my purchases. I did, however, have a little mishap after washing the seamless set (even after following the instructions to a T). After writing an email to the company, they responded within one business day and kindly gave me a store credit. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you to Milly for assisting the mishap! They've got my approval!

This is subject to your Government and taxes at the time of purchase.
We often find that Canadian orders can get stuck in customs and due to the untracked method of shipping you selected, we're unable to trace this order.
