I paid my personal taxes through them, believing it was affiliated with Boone County. It was listed on the bill website, therefore, I concluded I had the correct website. I was charged a $28.00 fee. I was unhappy, but the consequences of waiting for the last minute to pay. Unfortunately, I received a late fee from Boone County. I called to inquire and learned that Doxo is a third party unaffiliated with the company that will mediates payment. I did not need them nor would I have divulged personal information to them. Please, buyers beware! This company charges a HIGH FEE, delivers LATE PAYMENTS, and DO NOT REFUND. I don't believe they are a legitimate, credible company. I informed them to erase my personal information. Buyers beware!

What a marketing scam. Doxo"s payment service pays Google to put their listing ahead of the actual company you need to pay, so when you click on them they will actually pay your bill for you but charge another $10 processing. From my medical provider IVX Health I typed off their statement to pay online at "ivxhealth.com/patientpay" Google listed two links, the first was for DOXO which I clicked on ignoring the "sponsored link" and started to fill out the info, partly I thought I had been payed up and IVX was using a billing service, but couldn't find anything on my account, so entered the amount on the paper bill and my debit card, but noticed an almost $10 processing fee in the details which I hadn't noticed on previous bills. I cancelled out of it and then realized that I missed the direct IVX link under the sponsored link. This is a kind of payment con "of let me pay your bill for you" but Google knowns about and shouldn't allow. I will complain to IVX, maybe they will drop a hammer on DOXO. Actually when I got to actual IVX site, I didn't owe anything.

Dont pay with doxo made a payment twice they never delivered it found it on google i dont know why i trust them but never again u even cant contact them there is only a chat online they want help you

I have had no problems paying my gas bill through Doxo. Success all the time.Even when my account numbers were changed I just went in on my page and changed the account number and it was easy to do
Auto-pay is the way to go. Without the hassle of writing a check or divulging my credit card information.
They always help their customers always on time on medications always on time for payment's always helpful on the phone
I made a payment online August 29, here it is September 21 and my bill still hasn't been paid! I've called twice a week every week and they can never give me an answer. Keep saying they'll transfer me only to hangup and. Never respond back! Currently holding on the phone now for 47mins…. NEVER AGAIN!

Most of these reviews must be fake. Google "doxo warning" to see how many hospitals, banks, and utility companies are warnings their customers about doxo. At best doxo charges you a fee for online bill pay that is normally free. At worst they pay your bill late, leaving you with no lights. Or they look like your utility company and you don't realize you went to the wrong website. They are also known to start accounts for you and charge you monthly. They do in fact pay your bill if you sign up for their service, but days later and at higher cost. The worst part is most people don't realize they are using doxo and get blindsided by late fees or issues. Sometimes doxo loses the payment or sends it to the wrong place.

I use doxo for some other accounts too. Don't remember if I ever had problems with it. If I did, it was quickly resolved. Works for me.

Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT use this service. I unknowingly paid a toll to them, they never sent my p, I would rate lower than one but it's not an option.

First time user. Intended to pay Lowe's directly. Doxo was the first on my search results and I naively created an account believing I was signing in to Lowe's online payment system (powered by doxo). The first page indicated that payment would be posted in 3 days (my payment due date). The confirmation page indicated that doxo arbitrarily holds payment for 5 days (short term interest?) and then sends on for posting 2 days later. Tried to call them to cancel payment and account - voicemail. Aweful! Avoid!

In answer to your question they charge $ 19 95, and in most cases your payment, which is drafted immediately from your account, takes a minimum of 15 days to post to your account your paying. That is if in fact they actually receive your payment and don't mail it to a different entity. PLEASE, DO NOT USE EVER!

Answer: Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
