I paid my toll bill thru doxo on July 28,2023 with an additional fee of $3.99 so that the total amount I paid online was $14.57. I just received mail billing from Txtag for the same bill today, August 9,2023. I called Txtag and they said that there is no payment recorded on my account. I called doxo and they said that they will be sending the check to Txtag today. That procedure is not worth the additional $3.99. I do not recommend using Doxo in paying your bills.

I had a medical bill which when paid was directed to the DOXO web site. I paid the bill through DOXO and later received a bill from a collection agency for the bill. I furnished the information I printed and found out DOXO had paid the wrong company, so I contested it about two months ago and just received a statement that it was rejected, so I will have to pay the bill again. I will NEVER use DOXO again and will NEVER recommend anyone use them. The order ID I entered was the account # with Medicredit collection.

I made a payment threw doxo and the advertise that it is a free payment. They are liars it is not free. They have a fee if you make a payment. If you sign up for the monthly subscription for free payments you are paying a monthly feee. They canceled my payment and charged me 4% on the balance then would not allow me to make payments probably bc they lost the account because they are fraudulent. I called there customer service and it was a Mexican in a bathroom jerking it.

This service and providers sucks, why do I have to pay them and not paying directly to Txtag or others. Besides, they take forever.

Credit card companies charge you to use their credit cards seems unfair that the people you're paying should also charge you. But we've all gotten used to that I just paid a $10 bill and was charged a $4 processing fee by this company. That's 40% fee that just seems greedy greedy greedy. Very easy to use I do with other bills.the thing I do not like the first bill reminder it says pay this amount and you have no idea what the amount is you have to wait a week or so for amount but I LIKED PAYING COLUMBIA GAS DIRECTLY. Robert

Easy pay, Great for paying some bills. For a modest price, you get a bit quicker speed on the payment of some utilities, and the free version does pay. You need to schedule those bills in advance by many days to be sure payment is paid in time.

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
