All I want to do is pay my freaking bill! Why are you charging me after you said, if I signed up for the monthly payments you wouldn't. Now I'm removing my monthly auto payment.
This is extremely unpleasant and unfair and you really need to kiss and thank the big guy that I LIKE paying my bills! And to think I have 16 bills in total that I was going to put through this program... NOT!😱😵ðŸ˜
