I had an issue where I made the payment online and the payment was not received by my water company. I had to do all the foot work to prove that the payment was made and that my bank account had debited for the charge. I was not happy. In the future I will be personally be obtaining money orders and delivering the payments personally.
I've been using doxo to pay my gas bill for several years now. It's easy to use, and I don't have to do anything, other than review my bill. Doxo automatically pays my bill before the due date.
I find it confusing and it never gives the actual amount due with their charges. Why can't I pay directly to Spectrum anymore?

If I may also try to help clear the air a bit, doxo provides an online bill pay service used by millions and is associated with many web searches for billers. This is probably the same situation you encountered! It’s also likely that many other people are paying your provider with doxo. I think it sucks. First of all you don't tell me the balance I owe. You leave it to me to get in touch with bank one and ask what my balance is then you charge 3 dollars to complete the transaction. Like I said doxo really sucks.

I don't think it's fair that I have to pay $3.00 for using the doxo website to pay my bill. I can use USPS to make my payments. So disappointed. I want to go back to mailing my payment, stamps are much cheaper.

I pay my Credir Card bills with doxo. Never a problem easy to do. Recommend highly them. There site is so easy to use bills paid on time when you want.
This is so convenient. I am able to pay all my bills through Doxo and never a fee and never late. Great service
Doxo is a go to for making bill paying easy to remember with their notifications. The service charge per payment is easy on the wallet as well! I would and have recommended Doxo to many of my family and friends to help keep their bills in line and help make it easier to remember when due dates are.

I received a threatening letter from Doxo 2 1/2 years after moving, demanding a utility payment. Turns out my utility never heard of Doxo, does not do business with them, and supplied me with an email and my final statement showing a zero balance, which I have forwarded to Doxo. Of course they continue to harass me with double talk and contradictory statements and still insist I owe them for a payment they never processed. I am going to rain hell down on them for wasting my time. Every relevant state and federal consumer protection bureau will be hearing from me.

My preferred method of payment is directly to the customer. So, I'm hesitant in using an outside agency for a companies bill pay system. I have been using doxo for about two years and would like to report there have been "zero" problems so far. I would recommend and give positive reports to others.

In answer to your question they charge $ 19 95, and in most cases your payment, which is drafted immediately from your account, takes a minimum of 15 days to post to your account your paying. Answer: Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
