I used payment thru DOXO to make a payment to National Grid - prir to to, this transaction I've paid by check by snail mail. With in a few minutes, I redeived confirmatiom, which reflected an accurate report, on time in an effective method.

I Don't like the fact that we have to pay a fee to pay you money! I think this is very unfair. If there were another way to make payments that would not cost me additional money, I would certainly take advantage of that.

It was helpful for me to have my medical bills paid by doxo until I discovered a big problem with the billing between my insurance company and the medical clinic's not billing correctly. My bill was paid by doxo on time using my credit card but getting it back on my credit card before the next month's billing was a time-consuming process with many phone calls before the invoice was corrected. Not doxo's problem since they paid the bills on schedule each month.

You didn't pay my AT&T of $238.63 around 11/12/19 because they threatened us. and sent 2 bills at once... if you had paid it then they wouldn't be calling today 12/12/19 demanding a payment and when I went on the phone to pay it they said we owed 505.98 and that is what I had to pay... so we will not be using your service again...

Easy to use but didn't credit my National Grid account the same day. This makes me look like I was late.

One thing to note is that once your payment is with your provider, they take about two more days to post to your account. WATCH OUT FOR THESE CROOKS! I was paying my insurance bill online on my insurance companys site just as I always do. I was obviously redirected to Doxo. I did not know I was redirected as I specifically went to my insurance companys website as always. I have never heard of Doxo and thought that my insurance must have a new payment page and system as I had to type in my email address and confirm the email they sent for what I now know was setting up the doxo account. I thought they were updating my info in their new system. I had no idea this was a third party. If they are a reputable company then why dont they stick to traditional ways to solicit business rather than showing up as a pop up that no one would think that is not who they intended on paying. I have since contacted my insurance company and they have no affiliation with Doxo and furthermore you can pay online throught their website for free as you do not need a third party. Why would I use a third party when I dont have to? I called doxo to request a refund. They denied saying they already made the payment. I asked why dont you stick to making money off of people that intend on using you and refund the ones that you tricked into using you that did not intentionally use you. They said the fee was documented in the payment. That may be so but I did not look at the payment that well because I expected it to charge me exactly what I put in the payment. Again I thought I was on my insurance website and I had no reason to look to see if they might charge me differently. My bill was $2342. 00 and they charged a fee of $82.25 so my total was $2424. 25. I never looked at it again until I saw the charge on my credit card statement and It did not match my bill. I am pretty smart when it comes to the shysters and thieves but doxo got by me. WATCH OUT FOR THIS CROCKED COMPANY!

DOXO IS A LITTLE BIT "difficult". I would rather pay Mountaineer directly. That's how I pay my electric, water and cable bills

Our bill is due on or close to the 3rd of every month. Each month DOXO sends an email saying on "X" day your bank account will be debited. And it gets earlier and earlier every month or so. Started out around the 26 or 28th, this month it was Nov 13th for Dec's due date of the 3rd.
How can people use this as a budgeting tool when they have to keep changing their budget every month or so?

This is a 3rd party, collecting money, to collect your money... never again. Charging someone to pay a bill is a new low in greed. I'll never deal with a company again that is affiliated with Doxo.

In answer to your question they charge $ 19 95, and in most cases your payment, which is drafted immediately from your account, takes a minimum of 15 days to post to your account your paying. That is if in fact they actually receive your payment and don't mail it to a different entity. PLEASE, DO NOT USE EVER!

Answer: Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
