At this time, our most affordable options are to quickly process payments online via ACH (debiting directly from your checking or savings account) as opposed to paying by debit or credit card.

I had no problems paying my bills via Doxo... I stopped because it would not accept my my National Grid account...,, I got frustrated & deleted the app

I'd suggest not using this company if you value your hard earned money. Uncoordinated, amateur, and incompetence are just a few ways to describe this company. Zero over sight and they operate w/o the permission of vendors, then offer no conclusion to fixing any issue when you're owed a refund. They deny responsibility and hope you don't follow up. I've called Better Business Bureau and Consumer protection. T

I did a Google search for my water district so i could pay my bill online; the DOXO site popped up. I will take blame for not reading more closely but it seemed legit. So i paid on line with an almost $5 fee. A few days later i received the new bill (I was late on the first one to be fair). The new bill still had the previous balance on it so i called the water company just to be sure. After looking into things i fount out that the payment wouldn't arrive at the MUD district for 5 more days (10 days in total).
Now lets fast forward to today when I receive my new bill, now with three months of dues on it. I called the water company and they said they haven't received the payment. I got on DOXO's live chat, completely useless. I called their phone number. The lady could speak English but with a very heavy accent that made her hard to understand. And at the end of the day i wanted to cancel my payment and she told me that the payments department would get back to me in up to 3 DAYS! Lets see if they call.
Sorry about the rant. I don't ever write reviews but have never been so upset. The bottom line is DON'T EVER USE DOXO!

We agree that 10 days isn’t ideal, and we are working to decrease our processing times. At this time, paying by your bank account (ACH) will be less expensive but will take longer to process. Paying by card will have an additional fee, but should reduce the time it takes to process your payment. Doxo does also offer the option of scheduling your payments ahead of time, if that helps—though we understand that may not always be an option.

I do not recommend using this service if you want it coming out of your account at a given time. No coordination with provider for balances on accounts.

On October 8,2019, I went online to pay a Georgia speeding ticket. I typed in the website to pay the ticket online. I was redirected to DOXO. I authorized my visa to pay the ticket and fee.
Doxo never sent the payment to the Georgia DMV, consequently, the ticket was not paid, I
Missed the November 2019 court date and received a notice via mail that I may have my
License suspended due to the ticket not being paid. On December 12,2019 I called the
Georgia DMV and paid the ticket right away. I also called the DOXO customer service center and was told that my credit card would be credited. My credit card was not credited as of December 17,2019. After
Several email attempts, the customer service representative informed me they couldn't
Reimburse my visa and a check will be placed in the mail December 17. They stated their
Timeframe is 7-10 business days after the check was requested. It has been 11 business days
And no check. I had to call everyday until last Friday, when I finally received the check in the mail.
Stay away if you want your bills to be paid ontime. Very unprofessional!

Doxo Website popped up when I was trying to pay bill online direct to Termix, took my money and charged extra.
That's misleading and should be illegal. I paid my bill twice because it due the same day and they take longer to process payment.

Answer: Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
