I was redirected to Doxo when trying to pay my Strata Network bill. I paid it and the next day my service was disconnected. We all have COVID and we need internet to work and do school. We called Strata and they have never heard of Doxo. The part that is fraudulent is that Doxo made every effort to look like they "are" strata. Their merchant account even says "Dox Strata Networks " only part of their name and the whole name of strata. Their email response to me had a strata logo on it. They never informed me that they would be paying my bill in days until after they had my money. This has really hurt my family. I do not want an apology. I want your business shut down. You are a cancer in the life of the people you use. If you can get millions of people to give you a hundred dollars then you hold it for 2-4 days you then have hundreds of millions in your account at all times to use to make even more. And you charge for this Service. The only reason that you make yourself look like these individual companies is to trick people into using you. They NEVER would use your service if you told them how you operate. We don't need you. You hurt people.
This company is not worthy to receive not even a single star! They claimed to be something they are not and took our money and we have yet to receive it back! Beware of Doxo. It's a scam! Class action law suit is definitely coming!

I paid my car note through DOXO. Then a week later the finance company my car is through called for a payment. I was so confused and asked them were they sure about not receiving the payment. They were sure and so sure they told me they did not participate with DOXO with getting payments. (I cried and was scared) I thought were did this payment go. The finance company at first did not want to help me, it was my job to figure it out. They wanted a payment. I got in touch with an representative from DOXO his name is Jacob(God sent to me and more ways they he could ever imagine) He listened and he cared to help me. Jacob even asked if I wanted to 3 way call the finance company(and we did the following day). Jacob found the problem immediately, I had typed the wrong account number by one digit. Jacob is awesome and a wonderful people person. He iwas calm about making sure I was okay and reassuring me he was going to help me take care of the issue.(and he did). Jacob will always be a blessing to me and my family. Keep being the blessed person you are and allowing your light to shine and brighten up others day.

Since using doxo, paying my bills has become so easy. I literally set everything to autopay and it takes care of it for me. It's so nice not having to log in to multiple different websites every month to pay all my different bills. Their doxoPLUS program is a great addition - I love being able to track my credit score as well.

My checking account was stolen and I had to change out my bank account. Because all my bills are paid through doxo, I only had to change my account in one place rather than for every bill I was paying. It was a real life saver and so convenient.

Took 21 days for payment to be sent to my toll roads bill resulting in a late fee on top of the $3.99 fee I had to pay Doxo to begin with.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re actively working to speed up processing times. At this time, paying by your bank account (ACH) will be less expensive but will take longer to process. Paying by card will have an additional fee, but should reduce the time it takes to process your payment.

My dad found the website because he wanted to pay ezepazz and he payed them the money so they can transfer it they have been constantly withdrawing money from his credit card some othe reviews are fake to make it seem like its not a scam.

Not an authorized 3rd party payor I was told by State of Colorado! Accidentally somehow paid them as bill for toll payment. Still got bill and fees increased and state withheld Drivers license. Brought un proof of paying DOXO. And basically they looked and said never heard of them. Have nothing to do with us! You still owe us! Wow Scam Alert!

Been using doxo to pay bills for a while now, but writing a review because doxo just launched free pay! Meaning you don't have to pay a processing fee for your payments to your billers. You have to link your bank account, but I was doing that anyway. You can also get free identity theft protection and credit monitoring. Score!

Made a payment through them to pay a dental bill. Doxo said that the payment was delivered on a certain date. I checked will my biller and they show no record of receiving my payment. I tried to get ahold of doxo and had no luck. All I got was the virtual chat that was useless and answered none of my questions or how to talk to a live person. If you have any other means to pay your bill do it. Its a Horrible feeling that I can't resolve this issue with them. Especially during this time when money is tight. I feel that that I'm out the money I payed through them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PAY YOUR BILLS.

Answer: Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
