I love shopping Dot & Bo. I like that it is as if they selected all the products I love and put them in one place. Often other online stores that sell interior decor are laden with thousands and thousands of products that I would never buy. But Dot & Bo offers a great curated experience with daily collections that make you see shopping in a different way!
I wanted a coat rack that was out of stock and I had the option to have them let me know if it became available which I accepted. They dis eventually contact me and I ordered the item. I had forgotten that I had a 10% coupon and emailed a couple of days later to ask if they would honor it which they surprisingly did. When the coat rack arrived there was some damage and they offered to take it back at their expense but I asked if I could instead have an allowance to have it repaired since it was large and I had already ripped some of the packing material. Again they accomadated my request and even gave me a credit towards a future purchase. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! They have unique items and respond quickly and professionally to your requests. I will definitely continue to use this as my go to site for home items.

I fell in love with their "Cradle me lounge chairs." It was posted that they will not arrive until March but I ordered 4 anyway back in January 25,2015. I got charged the full amount with tax and shipping that day. By March, they were delayed several times ranging from May to July in delivery dates. So I emailed to follow up and was ensured I was in line for delivery end of April. Well, end of April has come and my order was once again delayed. These chairs have missed a house warming, a birthday party and random BBQs. I was no longer willing to wait and decided to cancel my order today. What a total waste of time and effort. They have beautiful stuff but the wait is simply horrendous.
I LOVE shopping with Dot & Bo. I have bought many items ever since I discovered the Dot & Bo website, from large furniture to medium-sized wall clocks to small pillow cases, and everything has been beautiful. When I did have a problem with one item, the Modern Mango TV Stand, Ivy in customer service helped me out in a way that no other company has ever even come close to matching. I love my eclectic furniture pieces and the fun little side pieces and decor, and I have been recommending Dot & Bo to everyone who comes to my house and asks where I got everything:-) Their website is really easy to navigate and their curators do a great job of putting 'themed' items together. Every time I go on the website, I find things to add to my wish list!
Dot and Bo have some very unique items. Some of the prices are very reasonable and others are pretty high. I was sad when they held a recent contest and didn't announce who won. I submitted more entries than almost anyone and was hoping to be a winner. I understood not being chosen, not everyone can win these things, but then it felt like maybe they just didn't pick anyone, it would have been nice to know that they actually selected someone. Aside from contests I still love their stuff and placed an order for a chandelier. The chandelier is gorgeous though a completely different color than what is advertised online. The shipment came very quickly which was AWESOME. I would absolutely order from them again and again.

I recieve daily emails from Dot & Bo. I love their format. It is perfect for a busy girl. Quick looks at unique home decor items organized by category. Their customer service is wonderful.
Excellent picture frame and was exactly what I wanted by it seems smaller than I expected and I would have liked a bigger size though. Excellent shipping as well.

Beware that it took this company over 6 weeks to deliver a simple framed picture I ordered in December. Once it finally came, the quality was average, at best. The price was not worth the product.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Dot & Bo has been the worst shopping experience in my life.
My wife and I bought two lamps for our new home on December of last year with an expected delivery of early January.
I tried talking over the phone to a representative and it's practically impossible. I left two voicemails and they promise a call-back within a business day, which ever happened. They finally replied my emails 2 days later only to say there was a delay and should be arriving by early Feb.
I just logged into their website and my order has been pushed back another month WITHOUT NOTICE! I'm about to cancel the order.

OK everybody... let's put this company out of business. I have contacted a seller on ETSY about the item I ordered and they are willing to make this item for way less! I will post on all social media about ETSY contact. AND MY ORDER won't be at my door for FOUR MONTHS? BAD COMPANY
Bursting Cosmos Serving Dish - I'm generally not a great fan of plastic dish ware but this serving dish was the pattern of my ceramic dishes so I thought I would give it a try. It was on sale for a very good price, the package came to my door within a few days, and it ended up being sturdier and looking prettier than I expected it to. Really, what's not to like about the experience?
Bought a rocking chair. Received it on time and was surprisingly well packed. Nothing broke or missing and was super easy to put together in a few minutes with a couple tools. I love sitting in it and fits perfect but it's for my daughter and she loves the color with the wood.
I came across Dot & Bo's website while searching online for furniture for my new home. I immediately fell in love with their website. I had a few questions regarding some of the items on their site. I emailed Dot & Bo to get a little more information before I made the decision to buy. I was very surprised to see that I had received a reply within a matter of minutes! The surprise continued when I read the reply email. I was provided in depth information on ALL of the items I had asked about and the lady that helped me was so sweet and made me feel very important. When my order arrived at my door I was ecstatic. Everything was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the service I received from start to finish. I am now a Dot & Bo customer for LIFE!

I've ordered several times from Dot & Bo, and have loved the process every time: the site offers a super range of on-trend, unique and stylish products, and the descriptions are always clear and accurate. This is a company that stands behinds its products. They are not satisfied until the customer is also satisfied and offer a wide variety of decor and furniture. Recently i ordered a product that was delivered damaged. Customer service was honest and told me many customers have had the same issue, and they were removing the product from their website. They were extremely apologetic and offered me a new chair, though i decided to cancel the order and order something else. They also have a cool incentive program with Pinterest - if someone re-pins one of their products that YOU have pinned and then purchases it, YOU receive a $20 credit. NEAT!
Answer: Good luck with that - terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company because of the service and the very poor quality of products.

We cannot apologize for the constant delays. The port strike affecting the West Coast caused items to either be stuck on a ship or at the dock. This resulted in an international and industry wide backlog of shipments stuck at the Long Beach port, including your chairs. Also, we can confirm your refund for both orders is currently being processed.
