SCAM SCAM SCAM - Seems to be a trend of late deliveries... I ordered 4 doors simply because the website stated "next day delivery", I'm still waiting after 3 days... This site is clearly misleading customers into placing orders that don't materialise as promised. Can't get hold of the carrier XDP, I'm well P'd off,.
2 doors ordered, and have failed to turn up. No correspondence from the company whatsoever and I can't get them on the phone as they state all lines are busy (2 hours). Never used Doorsworld before and will not be using them again. Waited in all day for them, I doubt any compensation will be made for loss of earnings. Extremely bad service. Definitely not worth one star, however it won't let me proceed without awarding a star.
I ordered two doors afternoon of Thursday. Correct doors, in good condition, were delivered to me at 8.20 am on Monday. That's great service by anyone's standard.
I ordered two doors on Wednesday 3rd September 2014 to be delivered on Friday 5/9/14.
After great chase and spending time on telephone as well email. Paying some one to receive deliver for four days. Changed fitting time with joiner nearly every day. I manage to receive them yesterday. Both doors not in good condition. But one was more damaged. After playing pass the book game with courier and suppliers the door world they said they will deliver on Friday 12th September 2014. I would give this company and xdp zero rating for there services and efforts. Entirely useless group.

It barely deserves 1 star, ordered with the promise of it being delivered the following day, it never turned up... promised the following and received a call the following day to say it could not be delivered... cut a long story short, 4 failed promises, 4 failed deliveries and I have since come off the phone to the complaints department to say they will not be delivering today... absolutely embarrassing and pathetic company.
Worst online experience I have ever had, have taken 3 desperate days off work, first delivery badly damaged, second delivery wrong items, waiting for third attempt at this moment, have been on phone 3 times today can not get through, on each occasion waiting 30 mins or longer, they falsely advertising prices, absolutely disgraceful, steer well clear of this bunch of cowboys
Never ending nightmare. Waited in for delivery that never came for several days. Wrong item, they refused to collect it and wanted to charge me for collection! Then did not collect when they said they would, so more days spent waiting around at home. One month later thay have not refunded money for the wrong door, can't get through on after sales phone line. Manager not available etc. Wish I had never had anything to do with this chaos.
A week ago I ordered a front door and door furniture from this site.
Spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed delivery.
Door turned up and was wrong size. Took a complete extra day altering frame to fit.
Letter box ordered at same time still hasn't turned up.
Can not get through to after sales care on the phone (and it is a chargeable number) They sent autoreply to my first complaint, said that they would be in touch, and then nothing, do not reply anymore to email complaints.
My opinion is that this firm is absolutely unreliable and rubbish
