Quality wise, Dominoes Pizza is nothing to write home to mother about. The ingredients such as the Italian sausage has been altered for the worst. I remember as a kid there was nothing greater than eating slices of Dominoes pepperoni and Italian sausage during football Sunday. However, now Dominoes has updated the mindset of quantity over quality. With cheaper prices and ingredients, Dominoes aspires to dominate the market with its bland pizza. The website itself is fairly easy to use. One can order pizza, chicken wings, and so much more. Dominoes has a tracker that will let one know the stage their order is in from reception to finished goods. Delivery is okay depending on where you are located. However, Papa John's seems like a better option to me unless one is on a budget.

Domino's Pizza Ossining, NY - Disgusting pizza! The crust was like a saltine cracker - it crumbled as we took apart what you might call a "slice". It tasted like straw! There was supposed to be extra cheese and extra sauce, and there was scant amount of either! Was totally disgusting. I had ordered from this store about a year ago, and then vowed to never buy from there again, but after a year of still being in business, I tried again, and it was WORSE!

Well it's finally happened. The straw that broke the camel's back... Not only is my breadbowl extremely undercooked and seriously almost as flat as a pancake, but it LITERALLY tastes like it is lathered in dish soap. I don't know if it's every location that lacks the knowledge of how to cook bread (as in, to the point of it not being DOUGH ANYMORE), but good Lord this place sucks! I have complained about this issue several times and obviously it's not a big enough deal because it's never been rectified or corrected. I used to love Domino's, but I will no longer be a customer... I have been told to stop ordering the breadbowl if it's never fully cooked. Excuse me? No sweetie. Domino's needs to cook it properly! I am sick of complaining and getting offered a "free meal"- for more than one reason. One- whenever I am told to contact someone to get details, that person seems to coincidentally be out that day or always too busy with something else. Two- if I am getting the same thing, what's the point? I know y'all don't know how to cook it right! And three-day I shouldn't have to "keep complaining"; you need to learn how to cook bread or stop selling it!

Returned1st let me say I LOVE THE PIZZA. Went in ordered my pizza. Told them I would return. Cashier says pick it up in drive thru. Ok I say. So 30 mins later I returned, we waited at the window the pick up cashier says pull over ill run it out to you. Ok I said. Well guess she got busy she never came, I went in and picked up the pizza. I told the girl you forgot about us. she said she could not do anything she was at the window. Please... tell someone to run it out next time or don't promise you do it.

I have ordered many times and been happy with the food. Until this last Monday, I looked at the tracker & it showed my pizza was delivered, it wasn't so I called and was informed that they didn't have a driver available yet! So an hour later we received a cold and the most disgusting pizza either of us have ever tasted. The oven baked sandwich was also bad it had a sauce on it that made it almost impossible to eat! It will be a long time before I order from you again. Jan

I had enough points to redeem my 'free' pizza so I did. When delivery guy arrived no free pizza. He knew nothing about it and he nor the management where I ordered the pizza had any clue or were any help. Emailed Dominos and, even bought they acknowledged my complaint they have yet to resolve the issue and this happened 5 days ago. They make you jump through hoops to contact them and then don't help you anyway. Done with Domino's. What a joke.
