If I could give a zero, I would. I am very frustrated that I was treated very poorly as I am a repeat customer. I was treated as if my time and money didn't matter. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and was told it would be ready within 20 mins. I arrived within 30 mins thinking my pizzas would be ready and I could pick them up at the drive-thru window. I waited 10 mins at the window before having to make a call just so someone could even acknowledge that I was at the window. A female answered and told me the person who works the window was on the phone and would be with me shortly. I waited another 5 mins before deciding to go inside the store. When I get inside the store I see the female, who I'm assuming works the window, on the phone trying to reconcile a failed payment. What's even more frustrating, I see 10 or more employees during random things. Once someone decided to acknowledge and help me, I expressed how frustrated I was that I had been waiting without being acknowledged. The female employee referred me to her manager who could care less. She even expressed her unconcern by throwing up her hands like, oh well. Not once did she Express any empathy or give an apology. I was very shocked that she thought it was okay to run a business in that manner. I think that corporate should re-evaluate who they have running these stores because I can foresee this store losing a lot of business for poor customer service. This store will no longer get my business.

LOVED THEM IN THE BEGINNING. HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A PIZZA THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE EXTRA CHEESE AND BACON AND ONIONS. I CALLED UP TO TALK TO MANAGER IN GREENFIELD MA. SPOKE TO TAMMY SHE SAID TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY WILL REDO IT. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY THE SECOND PIZZA WAS WORST THAN THE FIRST. HARDLY ANYTHING ON IT WHATSOEVER. WELL APPARENTLY THEY DONT APPRECIATE GOOD CUSTOMERS AND THINK THEY ARE THE PERFECT PIZZA MAKERS. NEWS FLASH THEY ARE NOT NO ONE IS AND WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. NOT TO MENTION MY WIFE PAID 3 MORE DOLLARS AND GOT ROBBED FOR A 9 DOLLAR PIZZA. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. THEY WILL NEVER GET 1 MORE PENNY FROM US. YOU SUCK DOMINOES. GOOD RIDENCE.

I LOVE PIZZA & boy was I disappointed. In my opinion something is going on at Domino's in Silverdale WA. I don't know if there's new management or a lac there of. I ordered a Pizza for delivery and not only did it take over an hour to get here, BTW I live about 2 miles from them.I also got charged about $5 for a delivery charge. There prices seem like they are continually going up and the quality DOWN. My pizza was haphazardly thrown together, cold and not even cut properly. I called the store and was basically blown off and was told I should have check my pizza before I accepted it. WOW!

We ordered and are not far from there, the driver had to call four times in order to find us, food was delivered ice cold and we actually discarded it as we kept it aside in hopes of having the meal replaced for something hot, I called the store and the manager did not care or offer to replace the meal so by that time we discarded the
E food and had something else, I contacted the head office by email and never even received the courtesy of a response at all, I travel for work allot and always enjoyed eating at dominos, not anymore on the principle of what happened, please note all other dominos were awesome. As info the store in Sudbury had delivered to us on other occasions it s a large condo complex very near the store so how this fellow could not find us I will never know
