Complicated to buy the domain and set them up - still having issues setting up email accounts
I misspelled my domain name and requested a cancelled but was denied, even though in the Terms of Service it says 30 day money back guarantee.

DNS editing is not at all user-friendly. Also, I have a hard time figuring out why it doesn't work, and it's not the first time.

Interface was very, very slow a few months ago. Now it is better. Experienced some anomalies when setting MX records back then. I could get it to work, but it took some experimenting and counter-intuitive steps. Otherwise, the service is OK.
You guys charged my credit card even before the domain expiry date. It was obtained for 1 year only. Why charged me for the 2023?
