Charged cc while not having automatic renewal activated
Little confusing but a small issue with resetting my password was handled promptly. Now gotta figure out how to set up hosting somewhere if not here...

What is going on here? I logged in to renew a domain and when I did that, I got a message that my account was suspended. Now it appears to be unsuspended? Kindly explain.

Wow, forced to write an explanation for giving 2 stars. I was trying to log in to do business, and was interrupted by an unwanted survey. I was billed twice this month, but Domain never sent invoices or notices. So one star. Namecheap is far worse, which is the only reason I haven't moved my account. So thx for forcing a written review in order to leave feedback. I hope that others see it and go to GoDaddy.

I hate the Chat service. So impersonal long and at the end my problem is not solve.
No phone service only chat box. Took 2 hours to do something that could take 10 minutes on the phone. Wanted to cancel my hosting which was only 4 days later and was denied credit back. Time to find a better solution soon. 4 accounts and extremely dissatisfied.
Wanted to cancel but they would not refund after 4 days past renewal date. No telephone service only text chat. 2 hours on chat that could be solved in 10 minutes. Holder of 4 domain names atm
AFTER I PURCHASED MY DOMAIN NAME YOU STILL HAD IT LISTED AS AVAIBLE. NOW GOOGLE WORKS SAYS IT WAS SOLD.

When buying the domain you need to add the domain privacy fee too, but you guys ticked it, customers think that it is added to the total, but after buying it you guys say it was not added, pay $ 8+
