I was having problems accessing my account and setting up a web page
I can't get my site to redirect to the new web address.
I created a simple domain for my website. I host my website in Azure and just do DNS redirects to the domain held by domain.com in my name. I also signed up for Office 365 through their website to get email addresses for my business. I am a sole proprietor and just needed a couple email addresses. Anyway, I replaced the Office 365 subscription from Domain.com with one direct from Microsoft. So I canceled the Domain.com subscription last year. Fast forward to this year and I get an email saying that they will auto-renew my Office 365 subscription for this year. Weird since I cancelled that last year. So I call their 1-800 number to cancel (again). The message that you get when calling the support number says they no longer do phone support. It is all chat now. Chat takes a really long time to get ahold of someone. And they are obviously helping other people so you don't have their full attention. Therefore, getting something simple done like cancelling a service takes 1/2 an hour.
Webmail now appears to require a Microsoft365 account, which I don't want. Many times, simple is better.
Simple and straight forward way to purchase a domain name
At Domain.com's request, I bought Microsoft 365 directly from Microsoft and Domain.com was to cancel my month-to-month 365 through them which I had for 3 years. When I tried to connect my new 365 to my old email I got an error saying there is another account at Domain.com with that email, so no connection allowed. Domain.com support tried numerous things to fix it and nothing works. The situation has been escalated and Domain.com also contacted Microsoft for help. I have contacted Domain.com support 12 times in the last 17 days plus numerous calls to Microsoft support. Meanwhile, no business email, no appointments booked on my calendar, and no email communication in or out with clients, leads or people I need to work with. No one seems in a rush to solve this. I only get answers like "Wait 24 hours and someone will get back to you" which they don't. I have no faith in this company.
Found what I needed when GoDaddy was stuck. And it's been pretty easy.
My account shows "no domains"? I want to think it's a lag?
Purchased a domain and received the email to verify and realized it's incorrect. You chat help Sid that it can't be changed.
Unacceptable service. Did not autorenew or notify of failed renewal. Did not notify admin. Falsified records. Negligent practices. Resold domain at auction. Predatory, negligence and unacceptable.
So far. So good. Expedient and accurate help for my needs.
Waited over half an hour for tech support who then did not know anything and had to put me on hold for several minutes to research every single question. I was simply asking how to add privacy to my domain.
I have been trying to fix an issue, there is no way of getting a hold of anyone over the phone and I waited for chat all to be told i had to reset my security question and the chat person stopped responding to assist me. Now I catn start a new chat because they didnt close the convo. Im frustrated and in desperate need to get a hold of my emails and unsuspend my acct. I need HELP please someone get back to me ASAP
Finding website builder from dashboard is confusing
I was just trying to register the domain. I directed me to word press and i thought i did everything right but apparently not. For a beginner it is not enough details and unfriendly when questions arise
No clear instructions for google starter account! This is so confusing.
I really like the website and domain, I just don't know why it says it isn't secure.
I had no idea the link to activate an account would expire so fast and take so many steps to get a new link re-sent to me.
Fair. Prices are high, no mail engine depends on google workspace. Difficult to configure.
