There is not much instructions about getting things started and I'm a bit confused.

I'm showing a double charge I did not authorize a one year renewal With extra protection. I did authorize a standard two year renewal for the domain name. I'm trying to get ahold of somebody to assist me. Please to let them know. I would dispute that charge.
I was charged $ 28.38 for whatever- it was an unauthorized charge- and I spent several minutes in chat yesterday and was told there was no $ 28.38 charge even though my bank was showing it pending. The charge went through today. :(

I receive renewal emails for domain for which I turned off auto-renew option long ago.
