I purchased a domain that was not what was shown on the site. I searched lonelypines and lonelypines.com showed up so I bought it. My domain in my dashboard shows lonelypin.com
I would like this cancelled and refunded.
The site has been very easy so far. Easy to navigate.
Chat never answered, my payment was considered suspect, account locked, and now everything's lovely again. All I did was update my credit card information (I'd gotten a new one since my last payment to you).

This is so confusing. You say you will delete my site if i don't renew hosting with you, but you were never actually hosting my site though I had paid for it. Bluehost was still hosting it but my domain is with you. Will you still delete my site even though it is hosted elsewhere?
Bought domain, the website was slow and glitchy, and I haven't been able to verify my domain so when I log in it shows I have no domain (despite my purchase receipt)...

I am being charged for nothing. The link to the Website Builder doesn't work. There is no human support -- just a chat. How am I supposed to get my questions answered and my website built? Useless.

Site glitches when scrolling. When I changed the auto renew feature it changed the scrolling pattern

I'm getting double billed for Google email and website builder. Not acceptable
I am very unimpressed with the service. The level of difficulty accessing the site is ridiculous. This has been a very frustrating experience for me. Each time I log out, I'm concerned about the problem of trying to log back in successfully.
