These guys are major scammers. My husband bought their program for creating a domain for our new business. It was extremely difficult to use and did not have all the features we needed. Decided to cancel before 30 days, which you are supposed to get a refund for, but the wording they use is you "may" get a refund, not will get a refund. They said they couldn't give any refund. There is no phone number you can call only chat support. We had to change our credit card number so they would stop charging us. Don't trust this super scammer company.

I am not able to verify my domain. I keep waiting for email verification. They sent me one email but wasn't able to open.

Honestly, the UI/UX is outdated. Its hard to find what im looking for and its taking too many clicks.

I keep having to open new tabs to accomplish my goals. It's complicated.

Your auto renewal crap that goes to spam is crap, I believe this is the 2nd year I've tried to mess with this and you make it a HUGE pain in the butt to get something changed

So far so good for the most part. I have a few questions and Im not sure where to go to aske them. I would like to build my brand from scratch, not chose from a logo. Branding is very important. I like the overall offer of what you got going on, however hopefully theres a choice/option to build/create my brand.

I'm starting an online business and Domain.com is just what I need to get my business up and running.

High cost for basic domain privacy, better to create an all encompassing package...

Can't log in to set up e-mail, cannot even open my new web address.
