The change to the domains.com website have made it extremely difficult to manage my actual website.
Your admin tool for changing names has been broken for some time now. When will it be fixed?
No customer service phone number. But it gets worse. I wish I could leave a zero star review.
My experience:
I attempted to manually renew 6 of my 8 services. It was unsuccessful, so I hopped on the live chat to override and make sure my services were paid for. The representative renewed one of my six services that I was hoping to renew. It was a start lol. Then, at 4 in the morning while I was asleep, one of the 2 unwanted services was charged to my card. Contacted chat, and they refused a refund and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Attempted to cut my losses and transfer domain hosting to GoDaddy, but the unwanted charge prevented domain transfer. My domain was being held for ransom and could not be transferred. Horrible. I was forced to pay another $192 just to maintain my email and website services for the year. I disputed the original fraudulent 4 am charge, and when that finished (successfully) processing, domain.com warned me of an account payment imbalance and then 9 hours later suspended my account for deletion with no indication of refund for the services I had recently purchased. I hope I get my $192 back so that I never ever have to deal with domain.com ever again. Terrible experience.
You new website stinks. It's way too confusing. That should be enough explanation.
We do not like the fact that there is no one that we can talk to. Chatting is not what we signed up for and originally, you all provide live contact. We are discouraging people from using domain.com for web hosting as a result. Also, we do not like the fact that when we are on auto renewal you renew well before expiration and when we renew manually, we get these anoying emails threatening that we are going to loose our domain name.
Great service and good prices for new domains and excellent quality website.
Your company provided some information to me, I relied on it and did accordingly. Then, after 2 weeks your company gave completely different information to me on the same question. I lost time.

I ordered 3 domains, but they did not fulfil any of it, I contacted the support team 6 times already, they are very polite but nothing was delivered so far,
So I asked for refund, since then there is a only silence :(
I've been using Domain.com for many years. NEVER have had a problem and that's including several domains etc.
Seemed that you are getting better, new interface, better service... but problems are still there
It is great experience with domain.com, customers service is good
Too much AD, I barely find what I'm looking for. I'm here to handle my domains, not submit forms or pay for something I never wanted.
Poor customer service especially with supervisors! Unable to satisfy customer issues!
I get tired of having to skip past the.net,.org,.online every time. Once I put i dont want to purchase it take it away
Getting more and more expensive. Its been doubling in cost every year.
I was unable to create a google workspace email after wasting 1 month trying to work thing out with the support team and engineering team. Very disappointed with the service provided.
It takes forever for material to be published live and not much was added.
Its very easy to buy things of your site, however the WordPress Plus hosting package I bought has not been working properly since day one. Please see your customer support case [E-*******] and yet another similar case [E-*******]. Its been a month!
It seems my login process has changed without notice and I have extra pages I need to skip which seem like they are advertisments
