The site keeps rejecting basic transactions and locking our account.
Horrible to say the least. I can't even do google verification for the last 5 days
I've been a customer for several years, and I've received good service.
Having issues and chat window does not work. Can't find a number to call.
Last year I bought 2 domains for $45 total, and this year I was charged $81 total that I didn't approve!
I contacted them asking for a refund as I didn't notice autorenewal was on and I wasn't intending to renew those domains. I received no options for resolution whatsoever, they just told me that everything is fine on their end and they have no intention on working with me on finding a solution.
I also got in touch with quite a few people who had same and similar issues with refunds. Stay away from them!
Tomorrow I'm going to contact my bank and see if anything can be done on their end and next will I'll seek legal help if issue is not resolved by then.
Website is very expensive and not easy to use with other website builders
Sometimes loadtimes are really slow in your website, even though I have a 300MB/s connection (checked). Renewing is frustrating. Not all notifications of the renewing process and events are done simultaneously and I have to be checking if something went wrong.

I cannot hook my shopify website up no matter what we do. It says i will receive an authorisation code and i havent then i try to get assistance by hitting the chat with us button which does absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. I purchased from you guys because it was a better price and a big name... i then purchased from another site another address and it took 30 minutes to be active and working. Very disappointed especially when the domain i purchased shows as available on other sites. Either it gets fixed and someone assists me to get it working or i want my money back and i will purchase from a site that actually works and is legit

Shraddha installed WordPress on 3 domains and they all worked and it took little to no time! Very impressed! Shraddha was knowledgeable and processed those projects (installing WordPress) quickly and efficiently!

It is great, just one thing, I should have the Transcript for the messages I had with Domain.com support team.
I asked for many time to send me the transcript messages but they don't send to me!
Why?
As an older client (75 y/o) too many offers, etc. are disrupting. I need to just be allowed to complete each step before receiving more sales ads, etc. For example, I tried, tried and to upload my photo and failed? 3 -Stars, for now are about all I can muster up! Sorry, I need to stop now. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for asking.
