I appreciate this and will return to Domain.com time and again when need arises due to my 1st good impression, well done!

Hello. I just signed upend paid for Website Builder. Nothing seems to be working. Is your stuff working at all?
I watched the tutorial. I followed the instructions to hopefully begin to build my website but i was not taken to a new tab to begin and the HELP/CHAT button was not working either. I had to log out and get toLive Chat from the outside. ON the inside nothing seems connected or functioning.
Not a great start huh? I will probably want to get a refund if this is how it is going to go...

I love the integrations you have since developed between you and other domain service providers (i.e Microsoft360). Huge Thumbs Up!
I love domain.com. I am able to use all of the features necessary for my website. It is easy to use and I love that I can preview any changes prior to sharing it with the internet.
Really hard to set up anything unless you are computer wizard.

Email was difficult to understand how to set up but customer service was very helpful
I keep trying to publish my website but nothing shows up. There's no page for it. I designed it and everything. I'm unsure what to do next. I'll just look it up but still I wish it were easier to navigate to the steps required to get it completely up and running.
Disappointed, can't even protect my domain with google...
