Dolls kill has the best return policy! Easy fast no issues at all... EVER! If something doesn't work or fit for you you return it and get credited and you buy something that does work or fit! The returns policy is so good it makes me want to shop at Dollskill! Thank you!
Do not I repeat DO NOT buy any costumes from Dolls Kill period. "We don't accept returns on Halloween costumes after October 23" I've been back and forth numerous times with associates that the 135 dollars worth of three different costumes DO NOT FIT. The material is not accurately described I'm a medium the sizes I got were between a x small- small. The way they were designed is inaccurate.
Here's what I got,
Venomous Vixen spider costume.
(Far too short the corset part is at least a extra small and inaccurately measured for size. So it did not fit.
My Milkshake costumes set
Once again, I put this on couldn't close the back up fully. Another "medium" sized costume.
Pinwheel Fantasy Jester Costume.
I loved the concept this one was terribly itchy and didn't deserve the 32 dollars I paid for it. For some reason it just looked "Frumpy and cheap."
The only thing I'm able to return is a dress for 15 dollars I'm never shopping with Dolls Kill again.
This seems more like a scam gimmick than anything else how was I supposed to know that nothing was gonna work out?.
I expected for the things to fit my size not be itchy or overall disappointing. Do yourself a favor NEVER shop Dolls Kills costumes because they won't allow returns on them and you will loose money just like I did. Shame on you Dolls Kill you lost a customer.
DK replied in a timely manner when addressing my concern regarding a return. They asked no questions and credited me my full amount when asked! I'm very happy!
I'll be honest, I've been dying for these boots for ages but had to save up. I placed my order, they arrived pretty quick considering they came from USA to UK. However, when they arrived they were too small so I needed the next size. I'll admit I panicked because it would cost a small fortune to send the giant box back and I couldn't afford it. BUT then I reached out and WOW! They arranged a return, free of charge but they couldn't do an exchange because it was UK. The boots were in an offer when I bought them so the refund amount wouldn't cover a new pair and I couldn't afford to pay the extra. So customer service made sure they refunded me the extra amount so I paid no more than if it had been an exchange. The words of the CS agent " Lolita, I've got your back " and she did! Would DEFINITELY buy from them again. A really surprisingly easy process and I've now got them in the right size for me.

Had a return issue, a halloween costume was over a week late (bought in mid October arrived in November), paid for faster shipping but was still late. Refused return or even money back for the extra shipping. Terrible terrible customer service, first ignored my request for two weeks, then had very bad attitude in email correspondence, didn't answer my questions at all, just annoyed and repeated their policies. Honestly wouldn't be this mad if the customer support supervisor was a little nicer or hadn't ignored me for 2 weeks. I also know other people who had similar issues with customer service. Definitely won't shop there again. 0/10.
I had a slight sizing issue with a jacket that I needed in short time frame. The dolls kill team were extremely helpful! I got same day reply, and was able to get the right size I needed in time for my event. Thank you so much for all of your help and great customer service.
I was so impressed with my experience with Dollz Kill customer service, which is refreshing as that seems like a lost concept to most companies these days. An item arrived with a damaged zipper and they promptly sent a replacement, even allowing me to exchange sizes in the process. The dress is gorgeous and detailed as well, I can't wait to try it on! I'm now looking to send either gift cards or possibly pick some other Christmas gifts here, knowing how attentive and accommodating they will be if anyone needs to make a return or exchange. Highly impressed, strongly recommend.
I ordered a 100$ sweater, but they sent me the sweater in the wrong pattern. I contacted them, and they apologized for the mistake and let me know that the pattern I had ordered was actually out of stock. Unfortunate. HOWEVER, they gave me a full refund for my order AND let me keep the sweater they had mistakenly sent me.
Basically, they gave me a really cute 100$ sweater for free to compensate for their error.
Also, the original order arrived on time and safely packaged.
I wasn't expecting such great customer service, so it was a really nice surprise. All customer service should live up to this standard.
I love Dolls Kill! I paid extra 5.00 bucks for overnight shipping ( which is so cheap for overnight), however my package took two days instead of one day, but I emailed customer service and Symone promptly refunded my 5.00 plus tax. I love the quality, prices and customer service! Thanks so much!
I received very prompt customer service help on a Friday at 9pm, unheard of with most stores, online or not. I had 29$ store credit from 2 yrs ago thst wasn't registering on my account. I emailed them and I received 29$ e-gift card, within minutes. Right in time for Xmas shopping. I have received many compliments from strangers about how they loved my dollz kill coats, which are very 1990s retro- hard to find now.
I reached out to the Dolls Kill squad for an address update after already placing the order. Rest assured, Keletso got back to me within an hour, finalizing the process for me. I've always been handled with care and efficiently doing business with them. Thank you so much babe for helping me out!
I bought a 100 dollar dress and 60 dollar shoes, dress was incredibly scratchy and impossible to wear, shoes were very uncomfortable as well. They only allow exchanges no returns. I didn't like any of the other items and ended up losing 160 dollars plus shipping on clothes I can't wear.
They can process an order, but they cannot process their discount codes. They ship missing items, damaged items, and don't respond. The items are cheap and made in China for pennies. Customer service number is bogus. No one answers there. Their website does not work. Errors and redirects on every page you try. They don't reply to messages. I REPORTED them to my bank as a scam company. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY, THEY NEVER ADJUST ACCOUNTS, OR CREDIT THE DISCOUNTS YOU USED, AND THEY NEVER SHIP WHAT WAS MISSING OR BROKEN. They do not give a crap about their customers (!) they only care about your product MONEY. Disgusting! ZERO STARS.
So I ordered the boots covered in fur they were 198 dollars … way way to much for fake fur, the boots are super cute I'm happy with them but they feel very cheap. I don't like how the fur is like a sleeve that slides over top of the actual boot. They're super cute I am happy with them
Genuinely run. I never write reviews but this was the worst customer service I've literally ever experienced. Figured their ratings/reviews page wasn't actually a public forum lmao - considering they claim 4.7-4.9 but if you look on google you see the amount of neglect this company continually gets away it. You literally have to submit the review & rating through them for it to post it lmao.
I attached a screenshot of their support team straight lying to my face offering a refund to my original payment after I received my clothes. Almost 400 dollars & 5 followups later, I'm ghosted lmao.
First of all the clothes are nothing like the pictures and being real - look and feel so cheap. They claim returns but that's absolutely not the case lol. 1. It's only store credit & IF only it follows the 1k refund reqs (one being that prices can't end in.78 or.98 …….).

After an unfortunate mishap online, I was helped by customer service to straighten it out. Thankfully they helped resolve the issue (site ordered 2 items by mistake)
I ordered the Too Fast bat purse and a pair of shoes. They jammed both into the box so that the edges of the bag got bent and all scraped up. I've tried pressing out the edges but the inside of them is already bent the whole way around. I sent pictures and they confirmed the damage. They offered me a 30% discount, I declined because I just wanted a bag that wasn't damaged. That's when the customer service dipped out and stopped answering my emails. So now of course it's too late to do a return. It's fine as long as you never have any problems with your order cuz then they won't do anything to fix it. Take the money and run, I guess.
Have had an ongoing case with dollskills for 3 months for 2 items i returned under the returns timeframe and as they did not repond to amy of my emails i had to oepn a case with klarna as dollskills would not send a refund for the items I returned. Yet thier policy states - "All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire." Which they did not do; I did not receive any gift vouchers and they declined my klarna case on 3 occasions with no reasons despite having all the return information and evidence submitted over and over. To the point I am unable to reopen another case with klarna due to the maximum times one can reopen a case. I've had to pay for items in the end as this was stressing me out despite I returning everything and they did not even give me gift vouchers as thier policy states. I will need buy from dollskills again cheap tacky slutty clothes and the staff have no morale for thier customers

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
