I ordered an outfit to where to Blue Ridge Rock Fest and paid the overnight shipping fee but it didn't arrive in time. I contacted customer service and they responded right away and gave me a full refund. I will definitely be ordering from them again
I bought the lunar holy relevation platform heels during this summer (2023) and it took extremely long to arrive (also my tracking code didn't work at first) and when I got them and tried them on nothing was wrong, but had to return them, because they didn't fit. I went on their website and tried to return them, but apparently they were not eligible for return anymore, because Dollskill doesn't accept returns 30 days after the order has been placed. The problem is it took way over 30 days for me to even receive my order. I emailed them about this and safe to say the tone of my email was pretty angry (in my opinion rightfully). They sent me the link to start the return. I printed the return sheet and did everything needed. Then I went to the postoffice and we tried to find Dollskills customer service phonenumber, but we couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully we did because without it I couldn't have been able to return my order, but finding it took very long. In addition even with all these problems I still need to pay the returning cost myself and it is quite pricey.
Now I know I might sound really Karen-ish, but I've had so much trouble with everything regarding Dollskill, except one thing and that is their customer service, they have been so nice and helped with everything.
Ordered overnight delivery. Four days later they had not even shipped yet so I sent a message to cancel the order. They refused stating that their site clearly states orders can't be cancelled. There site also clearly states (falsely) order by 1 pm get next day delivery. I have since seen numerous other complaints online about this same issue, so they are advertising something they know is often false, and do not want to cancel the order and refund. I was a repeat customer, but will never deal with these people again. Deceitful business practices are good for long term business success.

I purchased an item that was misrepresented on the website (listed as a completely different, and lower quality, material than what i received). Customer service will allow me to return an item that was not as described if i pay for the cost of the return shipping, and i will only be given store credit in exchange. The customer service agent i spoke to was polite but i now have to go through the BBB and potentially a chargeback if they don't offer a resolution. It's unfortunate that they won't offer proper compensation for their mistake.
I love dolls kill. The quality is always good and they ship fast! I ordered same day shipping for 5 dollars and my order came in two days! You only get store credit on returns though which is a bummer.
Beware. You can't return anything for a refund. They will only issue gift cards.There is no customer service number either. Clothes are meh quality and over priced for what you get.
Cheap clothing with a horrible chemical smell, ripped off for £66 for a tutu only to find they only do refunds with gift cards (clearly they know their clothing is s**t), do not waste your money I regret my purchase so much. They've got a history or controversy and shady tactics. Of you want their clothes I reccomend getting them secondhand

Dollskill staff are SUPER helpful when I enquired about a order mix up regarding a pair of boots I'd ordered/received. Unfortunately I got sent the wrong colour, but the staff that contacted me about my concerns helped alot. They resolved the matter quickly and always kept me posted! I've ordered from dollskill heaps and this was my first and only order mix up.
I've loved dollskill for years now mainly Widow and Unholy are my most shopped brands with them. Customer Service is fantastic and Orders are always Shipped promptly.
There quality is preetty good. But do not expect you get a proper refund OR for them NOT to care for you. Make sure u are sure before u press that button. They wont help you… their live auction- can be canceled the item u won but they choooose not to. So ur stuck with whatever for whatever size and price… customer seevice is blah. I even did a refund( shipped it back) and by the end of all payments i got $1.22 pathetic… slowly startong to hate this place. Shouldnt be hard to cancel… bs.
I ordered some shoes, a dress, and some jeans through Dolls Kill. Shipping was super fast! It was like I had just ordered and it showed up at my door. (Okay, it wasn't that fast, but it sure did feel like it!) Everything was packaged well, and I loved the box my items arrived in too. Quality wise, all the stuff I ordered was as described and seemed to be made well.
I was sent the wrong size jeans. (They wrong size had been placed inside the right size plastic bag.) I contacted Dolls Kill customer service via email explaining the situation, and within like an hour or something close to that, Chelsea from Dolls Kill had replied. Chelsea was really nice and took care of my jeans problem ASAP. So yeah, Dolls Kills has amazing customer service for sure!
I would not hesitate to order from the Dolls Kill website again especially knowing how great the customer service is...and the clothes, shoes, accessories, etc are great too! I would definitely recommend Dolls Kill <3
Ordered a few pairs of shoes - it was my first time ordering from Dolls Kill and I wasn't sure what the quality would be like, but I was overwhelmingly surprised and happy with my shoes! One pair did not fit, and actually arrived with two different sized shoes in the pair (random LOL) but I wrote them and told them what happened and they were extremely fast to respond with a few great options - the customer support team is very personable as well, you are talking to an actual person, which always just feels a little better for some reason.
Will buy again from Dolls Kill for sure! …
I recently purchased a pair of boots for an event I will be attending with over 40k people and wanted to show off what I purchased. Unfortunately when I received the packed the next day the wrong shoes were shipped. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and I definitely understand mistakes happen. I was chatting with Selina about my order and she was amazing, very helpful and quick responses to give me peace of mind. She guaranteed to get me the right item asap. Typically I would prefer to speak with someone over the phone but this experience was pretty awesome for a chat. I love dolls kill and the quality of the merchandise you get. I've been ordering from them for years and will continue to do so.
I recently had to contact customer service regarding an item I received that was incorrect from what I ordered. Although they could not replace the item with the correct one due to none left in my size, they did let me keep the incorrect item and refunded the cost for the one I didn't receive. I worked with Selina and she was super helpful. Very rare to get great customer service these days, so hats off to Dolls Kill for not, as always, following the norm.
My overall experience with Dolls Kill customer service has been quick and professional. This last time, it took a little longer to get an answer, but in the end my issue was resolved within a week. Each time I speak with personnel overall, they answer relatively quickly and respectfully.
They quietly changed their returns to "gift card' returns only sometime last year. No notice was sent to their customers. This is a joke. I sent back 3 perfectly fine boots in excellent condition and I'm only receiving a gift card! Customer service is not willing to issue a refund, despite emailing multiple times.
Will never be ordering from this store again. Stay away, they have so many other issues with copyright infringement and poor quality anyways. Shein quality for high prices.
Shipping times are not even close to accurate, they mean more like 3 and a half weeks for postage. They will not cover postage for an exchange or return even if it's their fault for false shipping times. Customer Service is beyond unhelpful. I don't recommend this company to anyone, don't waste your money.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
