I had the displeasure ordering from this company. BE WARNED: They do not give you refunds. Only gift cards so you're forced to order from them again. Sad that such companies exist. Spoke to Austin a supervisor and was not helpful at all. Was suppose to give the products as a gift but item came late (despite them telling me it was on time but their site said otherwise) so it's useless. Offered to ship it back for a refund, they refused and only offered a gift card. When a company doesn't give back money for their products, it usually means (in my opinion) they don't believe in the product. I will also be posting this on my youtube stores review side of things. It's time people fight back against companies that are greedy such as these.

I placed an order in February 2023... I still have no received anything. I contacted the company via their website form and through email multiple times and have not received a single response. I'm very disappointed, will never order from them again, and do not recommend.

Every time I buy shoes I pay extra for shipping, my package never comes on the right time it's always late so I will not purchase again. I paid for 2-3 days an it's been four days now without my shoes, no one reply back to my messages or emails fory refund. SMH

I have been waiting for a gift for my friend since january it is now April 29th I have been promised that I will have the boots sent in proper size over and over again yet still have not gotten them

It's always a pleasure shopping from them, they have so much cool stuff and the fit is always great! But omg the chat customer service, those are the really troopers. Shout out to customer chat worker who helped me through a mountain of checkout issues! Super helpful, responsive and polite. Overall a positive experience and one of the many reasons I want to keep shopping from Dollskill!

I got heels to wear to my formal and they literally broke after 15 minutes so you could say I'm not a fan

I ordered some shoes and they were way so many problems. A) the delivery came damaged and late, with a box that had French Connection branding on it (when the shoes were not sold as being from there). B) despite using the size guide, the shoes were way too small and incredibly uncomfortable. C) Only when I tried to return the package, did I learn about them only offering store credit, which seemed incredibly shady because they should've had a disclaimer at least at the checkouts page. D) It seems murky under UK consumer laws as to whether this would be legal considering it is an online purchase and I contacted customer service to try and get my money back. If they had been understanding (or even professional about it, I could have (bitterly) walked away but I was more outraged at how condescending and rude they're "relatable" type of customer service was. I didn't appreciate them calling me 'babe' or 'hun' as it just felt like they were talking down to me. They were bordering on gaslighting when offering advice on sizing, as if i was unaware of what my own shoe size is. Unfortunately I am now I am stuck with store credit for a shop I wouldn't want to touch with a ten-foot pole.

I bought a pair of boots 3 months ago. I wore them twice. The side seam is peeling away. Sent pictures and a request just for an exchange with me sending defective boots back. Was told it is not Dolls Kill policy to except these types of returns because they can't say if it is because of wear or defect. 6 MONTHS should be no wear of this kind for the cost of these shoes. SO disappointed in my purchase.

We ordered the cross case. Save your money, first off. This product is made so cheap it isn't funny. The handles are so cheap there falling off and there the cheapest plastic ever. The case itself has dents all on it and odd imprints on it everywhere. We tried to return it, wouldn't even get the full amount I paid and I don't get my money back they only give you a (gift card). If you research this company more it's a very shady company and the products are crap. Save your money and go elsewhere!

(marry janes first) i bought the narry janes and im in love with them! They did say to size up i had bought the trinity boots in a size 8 and they fit persect so i did size up and got a 9 for the marry janes they are big-ish like its perfect lang and width but like my ankles and the tops of my feet arnt big enough so i just where fuzzy socks under the socks i wear with them! They also tend to stab my ankle *the metal heart tends to stab my ankle* and the metal heart sometimes gets caught on my socks but i love them! (store review) it feels more like a sex/stripper shop then anything BUT they do have very nice clothing! And shoes! 100% recommend! *photo is of product listing not me!*

The sandals I bought fell apart after 3 wears. I did a return on another item that did not fit and never received a gift card. They ship with DHL which is a shady company. Will not be shopping here ever again.

I've bought over 20 pairs of shoes off Dolls Kill in 2 months. Here's what I can tell you, they're never brand new shoes. The shoes inevitably come in torn, dusty, beat up boxes, always. Every shoe I ever bought off them arrived with at least some small defects, other were ruined in my opinion. I received boots with the number 4 written on them, shoes with the imprint of someone else's foot in them, platforms with what looks to be a razor cut on them and so on. I think they might be selling display model shoes. I really don't know what's up with them. Don't bother contacting customer service either. Costumer service always tries to give you a 30% discount. I don't want a discount! I want the shoes I ordered replaced with undamaged/new ones. If you refuse the discount, they advise you to exchange the shoe for a different size. It's like WTF, why would I exchange them for a size I don't fit? I get tired of going around with them and just give up and end up being cheated out of my money. I've also had an issue where they sent me a partial order and never fulfilled the rest of the order but keep your money. They say they are refunding you, but it never comes. In short, I'm done with Dolls kill. I should also mention their in house shoes are high priced and so cheaply made.

Awesome products. Some are ALOT THINNER material than shown so pls either ask Qs or research each brand accordingly. Size up in most brands. Current mood runs TTs. Had a dark in love dress i returned due to $#*! quality qndgot refunded instantly via gift card. Dollskill is fast to solve customerproblems. They also offer the best shoes. A+. I bought the Wicked comet crash platform boots, I was so excited when I received them! I wore them for a couple of hours, and everything was fine, I had received a lot of complements on them, but when I went out of town, and wore them for a whole day both boots came completely apart, I had to change shoes. I was so very disappointed, because I only got one day of wear from them, and I love the shoes, and they were very comfortable.

This is my second Dolls Kill purchase, and it will not be my last! Excellent stuff and services! Great quality!
