First, I absolutely love my dress! First thing someone said was "you look like a fairy" and I felt like a 10 year old again jumping up and down saying "that's the whole point!" I'm in love with it, and will be getting one in every color! (F is for fairies) 2nd I paid for express shipping for 2 day delivery and since it was past that lovely symone helped me every step of the way to get the express shipping fee back. 100% will recommend to everyone

Their customer service specialists write very cool emails and of course Dollskill have the most original clothing on offer at the moment (without being luxury brand). I do think they're a tad too expensive, noticing a sharp increase in the past year or so for some of the stuff, but they do make some effort by offering decent discounts. Also I really appreciate that some of the items have been put back in stock. I think definitely most of the Sugar Thrilz boots of the past two years should come back in stock :))

Ordered a black skirt that my daughter has had her eye on for some time.
It is a maxi skirt with a high slit and buckles at the top of the slit.
It was on sale but with shipping was still $45.00.
What came did not look like the photo on the Dolls Kill site. The fabric was see through and I'm not even kidding.
You could see your hand through the fabric.
The fabric was extremely wrinkled and you would not even be able to hang the wrinkles out. It is hand wash only and I swear that is because if you machine washed it, it would dissolve. Every single time you wore this it would have to be ironed. Now there is nothing wrong in this expectation but the fabric is so very thin that there is a good chance that you would ruin the fabric just trying to iron it.
Also, Dolls Kill only offers a gift card in exchange for returning an item.
As if I would want to try again.
They weren't always this bad, but they certainly are now.

They have also changed their policy to gift card only instead of a refund. Don't know how much more info you need, as this company does not stand by their product.

I ordered a matching set of a hoodie and joggers but was sent 2 pairs of the joggers instead. I contacted support and sent pictures of the mismatched items where I got a very quick response! They sadly didn't have the same size in stock, but they let me keep the second pair of joggers and issued a refund for the hoodie. Great experience with customer support! The pants are very soft and comfortable, and the shoes I also ordered are quite nice and feel comfortable. Overall, the only issue was getting the wrong item, which was helped and corrected quite quickly!

Let me just say my pockets ain't mad. I've ordered at least 3-4 separate times in 2 weeks! My little sister showed me the Black Friday sale it was over! I'm super excited to wear all the dresses, skirts, and shoes I bought! Everything fit perfectly and let's just say I plan on breaking some necks in these fits! Also my package did not arrive on time and with no issues they refunded my shipping! I mean talk about customer satisfaction! Thank you Dolls Kill team! I am so glad I found this store, I was watching a show and found out that the actress got her outfit from this site. Ever since then my wardrobe has dramatically improved in such a way it's given me back my self confidence. I absolutely love love love every single purchase I've kept. I've only had a few issues but the customer service support has been freakin amazing :)! Dollskill is a pretty good store where you can buy fashionable clothes in excellent quality. Good customer service helped me quickly, everything was great. I love this store.

I bought a really cute black vest, fits great and made well. When the other item I ordered was incorrect they quickly resolved the issue.

I ordered an outfit late October that due to unforeseen shipping issues, never delivered after a month of waiting. After confirming with Laura on the support team that my address checked out, I was given a full refund. Shipping issues are always a pain so I'm thankful they were able to refund my order.
