I ordered the wrong size boots and needed to exchange for a bigger size and, in all fairness, the boots were not only great quality when they arrived, but the admin at Dolls Kill were really helpful and quick to reply to any queries I had. I didn't have to pay a penny for the return - they sent a postage label, no questions asked straight away and sent a gift voucher for the full value, so I could order as soon as the boots were in transit on the way back. I used the voucher to re-order in the right size the day after I dropped the parcel to the Post Office. I'm just waiting for my new boots now and very impressed by how easy that was!

I love Dolls Kill. So much. They have some of the best most unique, fun, sexy clothes and shoes out there. They only do exchanges or store credit but honestly, if you're like me and buy from them several times a year, it makes no difference. I'm fine with store credit since I know I'm buying more anyway. I recently ran into an issue with an order and contacted customer service for the first time. I'm happy to say that not only did they reply back quickly, but they were personable, caring, and more than accommodating.

I'm happy to know that if I had an issue or concern in the future, that it would be handled in a timely and professional way. I'm really appreciative of the outstanding CS they provided me and I would recommend shopping at Dolls Kill to everyone.

I have been shopping at Dollskill for the last 2-3 years and I love it! The items they sell are beautiful and unique. They've also really been amazing at helping me out with issues with my orders and questions that I may have. Recently I received the wrong item on my order. I bought some bed sheets and a duvet set and they're so cute, shipped fast and I love my princess bed. The quality is nice and the duvet is thick even without an insert. Even my hubby loves it lol. Just ordered some new stuff and customer service was really helpful, can't wait to get my pink shoes and Christmas sweater.

I tried to buy a loose wide leg jeans and it seemed to be, I got a low rise that looks nothing like what I wanted. First time shopping with them, and never again. I was told that my package arrived and I was home all day! I even have a camera showing that I was home and no one came! They claim that they can't refund on stolen packages! What type of company does that! If you are willing to lose money then go ahead and buy from them! I wish I could have been warned! I purchase from dolls kill often and absolutely love everything that I receive! Recently, I had an issue with the shipping carrier for one of my packages and the dolls kill service team was quick to not only respond but to resolve my issue as well. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I got 3 dresses from this site in a 2x. Two of them didn't even come close to fitting and the cups of the dress didn't even hold half of my D cups. Incorrect sizing is worse enough but when I went to return them I learned you can only get a gift card; you can't get your money back. So wrong. I can't buy another dress what am I supposed to spend this gift card on? Shoes and hats? No thanks. I will never buy from them again. So wrong! IT'S MY MONEY.

I've been shopping on Dolls Kill since 2020 and have been happy with majority of my purchases! There have been a couple of instances where I have been sent the wrong items, but the customer service team always solved the issue quickly and either sent out the correct item or refunded me! I will continue shopping at Dolls Kill as the clothes suit my aesthetic and are regularly on sale!

I was sent the wrong item (somehow the incorrect size was placed in the bag), and after a bit of back and forth trying to understand what happened and everything, Laura from the customer service team was so lovely and even though I got a bit frustrated they stayed calm and kind and ended up resolving it 100% for me, even letting me keep the incorrect sized item while a new one is on the way. I saw other reviews complaining that they speak to you with "bby" and "babe" and all that, but I honestly think that's so sweet and made it feel more personal and it aligns with the brand aesthetic anyway.
Plus, all of the clothes I've ordered from them have been great!
