I purchased the F is For Fairies Handkerchief
Dress in Lavender and it's so beautiful. The dress arrived pretty fast too! It's super cute and the material is super soft. I purchased a small and it's definitely true to size. It is quite short but with tights underneath it's no worry. I would definitely recommend this dress.

Dolls Kill has literally some of the BEST customer support I have ever interacted with. Not only are they extremely prompt with their responses, they are so helpful & UNDERSTANDING. They treat you as if you're a friend and are extremely personable. I KNOW I am talking to another human and not just some AI or computer response type situation.

I always find amazing, funky clothing here. Anytime there has been an issue it has been super easy and amicable to work it out with customer service. It's true they only give gift cards for returns, but that is clearly stated in their return policy, which everyone should read on every website before ordering.

We had an issue with a refund (error on our end). Kimberly and Laura helped resolve fast and efficiently.

There was an issue where another company has fraud me trying to use the Dolls Kill brand so I messaged the customer service department through the official Dolls Kill website to investigate. They responded very promptly and even though this issue has nothing to do with their company they were very willing and helpful to solve the problem with me

I've placed two orders with this store. One delivery was smooth, but I encountered some issues with the other. After notifying them about the problem, they swiftly provided a solution that left me satisfied. I'll definitely shop here again!

Honestly I was so upset that they had sent me the wrong order but I'm leaving 4 stars anyway because not only did I get a refund! They let me keep the shoes they sent to me in the wrong size. While I'm still a little sad I can't wear them I'll be able to give them to a friend. The customer service team was also super fast in responding to me and very helpful! I would still purchase from this site again.

On multiple occasions I have ordered items that were largely misrepresented by this company, either through the photography, or post-editing of the images. Attached is the latest occurrence.

Furthermore, they have been known to hide critical reviews of items on their site. Many other users have experienced this as well and have brought it up on various sites, such as Reddit, etc.

I reached out directly to the company, and even had BBB assist in attempting to hold them accountable for bad business practices, in which they refuse to acknowledge and/or change.

Please do not support this business, they have a mountain of unethical claims against them and this, along with the dishonest representation of their products, deserves public attention to ensure consumers are not continually deceived.

Dolls kill has the best finds especially for y2k and hard to find styles. I love all my stuff from them! They also have amazing customer service who got back to me so fast and so helpful when I made a mistake and was panicking. Love them!

The most compliments I have ever received were on Dolls Kill pieces - clothing, accessories, just everything. Their designs are so unique, that I haven't really seen anything like it in other places - maybe Hot Topic ages ago. I even lost count of how many people asked me at festivals where I have my tormented teddy backpack from. Have been buying DK stuff for a while now mostly for festivals, club nights and just for any occasion I wanted to look extra hot for. And even when the sizes weren't quite right, their customer service was impeccable in terms of responding really fast to e-mails and helping me with my returns. Also, I received the store credit immediately after returning the items, which was just wow. First off thank you Chelsea in customer service! I had placed an order for my wife. A few Xmas presents since we both love the clothing line. I had a confrontation email and shortly after a tracking number for shipping. Knowing it was on the way I didn't give it a second thought. Well I gave it a week after it was suppose to arrive since it is the holidays. After that I reached out very late on a Thursday night thinking I would hear back the following day. Not an hour goes by and I have a return email explaining they are looking into it. Jump forward a few minutes and they are apologizing that it was lost in transit and are immediately refilling the order. Now I have a fresh tracking number with expedited shipping to ensure my wifes gifts will make it on time. And all of this happens in the middle of the night! I've been getting DollsKill clothes and accessories for the pas 5 years now, once a year. It's my Holiday treat.

First:
Their customer service is great; super quick responses and you get a real doll to help ;) no robot or annoying automatic responses.

Now the important stuff:
I still own every single piece I ordered and wear them all to this day. They are real good quality. Only two of them all had sews that ripped after a few years but it was easily fixed.

The pics of the dolls you see on the site are honnest: what you see is what you get. No attempts to make things look better or more accessible than they are. Also the sizing is consistent: I bought my usual size for every single piece and it's always a perfect fit.

What else to say? Their wide selection is crazy. No matter how you feel today, they have something to match your mood. I mostly got DollsKill home products, Widow, Current Mood, Club Exx and Darker Wavs and every piece I got an exceptionnal addition to my wardrobe, with a great attention to details which makes each one simply fabulous.
