I bought an item with intent to use my gift card from a previous return but when I put in the discount code, I did not realize that is where I also put the gift card code. I clicked "Continue to Payment" thinking it would take me to the page to enter the payment information. Instead, the order was completed and I did not want to pay with my credit card.
The help page on their website states, "Sorry, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed." and it stressed me out. I was able to get a hold of a representative through chat quite promptly. I explained my situation to YOLANDA who was very helpful and empathetic. They fixed my situation immediately. I felt valued and heard as a frequent returned customer. Because of Yolanda, I was able to repurchase with the correct mode of payment without the hassle of waiting for my item, returning it in the mail, and then waiting even longer for my return to process and get my refund. Without Yolanda's help, I would not be able to participate in the sale for which I wanted to buy my item with. Thank you!
I had an issue where two items were missing from my order and it looked like my box had been tampered with. Customer service reached back out to me quickly and sent me replacement items shortly thereafter. The clothes are great and the service is top-notch!

Have been shopping with Dolls Kill since 2023 and from my overall experience is amazing! I'm a UK shopper and despite that it's based from the US, it delivers to me very quickly which I'm happy with the shipping speed! The shoes and trunk I bought are true to description, plus they're excellent quality! Most Dolls Kill shoes actually runs small, so I had to size up to a UK 4/US 6 to fit as a UK 3/US 5 (with thick shoe insoles for more comfort and a proper fitting). I've only encountered an issue twice of the same shoes I've wanted. The first attempt was I received the wrong shoes and at that time, the shoes I originally wanted was sold out, so I received a full refund which is good! As for the second time, I received 2 different left shoes, however, Dolls Kill managed to give me a free replacement since this time it's available and now I'm happy to finally get the shoes I wanted! Dolls Kill Customer Service have a fantastic communication, so you can resolve any issue if you encounter any in the future! I will always look forward to what Dolls Kill will sell next, since the products are always so cute and unique 💖🤩

They are always quick and courteous when speaking with them. Dolls never disappoints when it comes to quality, styles and collabs! I have never had an issue with my orders and shipping is usually super quick!
I ordered a cute silver glittery pair of shoes. However they sent me the clear version, which was not the look I was going for. I've made multiple attempts to contact them to correct the issue. They've refuse to help. My goal isn't to receive anything free or even a discount code. I simply want the shoes I ordered. I've offered to pay for the re-shipment of the incorrect shoes in order to receive the correct item. Still my messages go unanswered. Needless to say buy items here with caution.
To start, I've never encounter any issues with DollsKill until now. They've always been a go-to place for my wife's clothing purchases. The styles are lovely, the quality is what you would expect from the price, they're on par with other well known designers(Nike, Adidas, GAP etc.) However, this recent purchase has brought to my attention, a really poor decision made from this company. The fact that they used an EXTREMELY bad shipping service has completely deterred my wife and I, from ever buying again. The shipping service in question is called "GLS", it's a horrid shipping company that commits fraud deliveries. I've encountered a problem with this service in the past when ordering from a Whiskey company. Never again will I EVER support or buy from a company or brand who utilizes GLS shipping.
They were extremely kind and were speedy with their responses!

One of my packages got lost and not only did they resend it free of charge, they also gave me a $33 gift card without complaint! I was hesitant to do business with dollskill since they don't allow returns, but i'm so glad i did! Not only do i have the funkiest new wardrobe, the exchange and return experience is so smooth, and having a store credit is just fine with me, because i could spend thousands on this site!
I accidentally forgot to put the promo in the checkout and Dolls Kill ended up giving me a gift card with the percentage off I had! They are amazing!
I bought a dress from Dolls Kill. My phone autofilled the wrong address at check out. I noticed after I submitted my order. Immediately after. They don't offer a cancel or update order option. I notified their customer service help desk. They said there was nothing they can do. I should go get my package where it was sent. People get shot for trespassing nowadays btw. People at the address non responsive. I email them back and they said pretty much I'm out my money and dress. But if I buy something else from them they'll give me 50% off after I purchase at full price. Never ever buying from them again. Wrong address def my fault. Not allowing me to cancel or update the order was bull. Telling me to go to a strangers house and ask for it back was dangerous and careless.
I recently ordered a sweater from their website and it was too big. I've returned it at least twice, getting a size smaller every time until it fit. However when i got down to the XXS size, the shipment never came in. I was also out of the country at the time so I wasn't able to check until i got back. Turns out the shipment got lost in the mail and i never received it. I immediately contacted customer service for help and they initially said that that the item i purchased was out of stock so they would refund me with a gift card instead as i had opted out of package protection (which I HIGHLY recommend you do). I was a bit frustrated at the time but accepted the outcome as they were correct, i didn't protect my package and it was lost. However, upon reviewing their website, i found my original item with the XXS size still available. I immediately screenshotted the item and emailed them back saying they still had it in stock and I would just like a replacement in my targeted size (XXS). They instantly accepted that and thanked me for showing the listing and resent the item with the correct size to my address. I am currently waiting on the sweater but i know it'll be the one that fits as the XS was just a little too big and the XXS is as small as it will get. I appreciate the customer service so much as i had such an easy and painless time replacing my lost item. And the interaction was resolved in a matter of days. There was prompt and quick replies and the customer service rep resolved all of my issues with no friction.
I've been shopping this site for years and I'm so happy to see they've started being more inclusive with their sizing. I have a weird body shape to shop for and I've been able to collect some great wardrobe pieces. Also, SHOES.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them? I'm in Dallas, TX and was blown away by how great they were to work with! :)
